Welcome to the Totally Beachin’ Townhome at Jardines Del Mar! This stunning, fully equipped 2 Bed / 2.5 Bath Townhome, with its prime location, is sure to be the perfect home away from home for your fabulous vacation to Aruba!

The Totally Beachin’ Townhome is located only a 2-minute WALK to Eagle Beach and less than a 10-minute walk to many of Aruba’s best restaurants and shopping! Already certified or want to learn to SCUBA while on vacation, Aqua Windies Dive Shop is your neighbor!

Upon entering this beautiful, gated community and walking through the lush tropical landscaping you arrive at the Totally Beachin’ Townhome. The private entrance patio is equipped with a dining area, small outdoor kitchen, and grill. It’s the perfect place for evening meals and to enjoy the Aruban trade winds. Upon entering the townhome, you are greeted with a fully equipped, modern kitchen. Off the kitchen are a half bath and laundry area. Continuing into the home, you’ll find a large dining area with seating for 6 or more. This leads to the large and comfortable living area equipped with ample seating including 2 full-size sofas (one of which is a sofa-bed). A huge flat screen smart TV is available for your viewing pleasure! Beyond the living area, massive sliding doors provide you with an amazing view and access to your private lounging patio as well as to the refreshing and large community pool.

Upstairs, passing the guest full bath, you will find a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds (that can be converted to a single KING, upon request), large built-in closets, and a smart TV. The large primary bedroom is equipped with a King Bed, a separate day bed, smart TV, and a private balcony for sipping your morning coffee or nightcap while enjoying the partial ocean view!

The Totally Beachin’ Townhome has everything you may need for a perfect Aruban Holiday including beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and more! All linens, towels, beginning toiletries, and paper products are provided! All bathrooms are also supplied with Aruba Aloe bath products for you to enjoy! You will enjoy hot water throughout and the home is fully airconditioned. A Crib, high chair, car seat, and rollaway beds are available at an additional cost of $25 per reservation.

Secured parking is provided. At the in-person check-in, guests will be provided with an access code for the front door. The Totally Beachin' Townhome is within walking distance to Eagle Beach, many restaurants, casinos, and the local hospital.

Your reservation also includes the complimentary Bon Cas Vacation Rentals 5-Star Concierge Service. From the moment of booking until you depart our Concierge is available for anything you may need! From arranging rental vehicles, excursions, spa treatments, private chefs, childcare services, etc. If it can be done in Aruba, we can help you book it! Our Concierge is also always on call in the event anything in your rental is not perfect or in the unlikely event of an emergency. One of our representatives will greet you at check-in

Cribs, Rollaway Beds, and high chairs are available for $25 per booking.
Only for bookings made directly on our website, a refundable damage deposit of $250 USD will be pre-authorized to your credit card 2 days prior to CHECK-OUT. This is an authorization, not a charge, and will automatically be returned to you within 7 days as long as no damage to the property or missing items are discovered at your check-out.

Other than the automatic monthly discount, no more than 1 (one) discount may be applied to any booking. If you are booking an advertised "special rate or price" NO OTHER DISCOUNTS may be applied. These "special rates or prices" are also NON-REFUNDABLE. Some properties have discount codes that are specific to them. If a guest uses a code that is not valid for their booking, the discount will be automatically removed and the new total price will be calculated and applied.
