Notre maison est une maison neuve de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain. Il est situé au cœur de Palm Beach.

- Les familles avec enfants sont les bienvenues! Pack-n-play, une chaise haute et des jouets de plage sont disponibles pour nos plus jeunes clients.

Vous ne pouvez pas penser à un meilleur emplacement pour cette propriété, la maison est nichée dans une rue calme juste derrière les hôtels de grande hauteur. Cour arrière spacieuse et entièrement clôturée offrant beaucoup d'intimité. Vous êtes à quelques minutes de tous les restaurants, casinos et de tous les divertissements. Il est également à distance de marche de l'un des plus grands supermarchés de l'île, Super Foods.

Nous vous recommandons de louer une voiture. C'est la meilleure façon d'explorer l'île!

Notre gouvernante habite juste au coin de la rue. Elle sera là si vous avez besoin de quelque chose!

My husband and I couldn't have imagined staying in a better vacation home. The location of this house was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed the pool area every day! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend if you are thinking about booking this place, stop thinking about it and Just Do It!!! You won't regret it!

What stood out most to us was how thoughtfully maintained and welcoming the property felt from the moment we arrived. The home was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the neighborhood itself was peaceful and charming. We also loved having the pool and watching the iguanas wander, which added a fun and memorable touch to our stay.

We had an amazing time here. Annie was very helpful ans was available if we needed anything. The home was clean and the fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook a few meals we cooked on the grill. The back yatd is just beautiful, we used the pool everyday. We lost power for a few hours one day, Annie immediately checked in with us. The hot water in the bathroom upstairs is not ideal but not a deal breaker at all. We would definitely stay here again..thank you!

We are married couple in our fifties, no kids. We love Aruba and enjoy driving all over the island. We choose this property for the privacy.The location was perfect on a quiet area in the San Miguel neighborhood. Home was clean and well kept. The pool was very refreshing . The back yard was beautifully maintained with a dozen or more large palm trees for shade. Lots of seating, beach chairs and towels. The host and care taker were so friendly and easy to communicate with. This is a property you return to every year. Very easy and very private.

The house was a great space and the owner Ksenia was very helpful in making everything easy. The best part was lounging in the pool every morning.

Loved the place! Close to everything. Clean. Would love to stay again!

My wife and I stayed here for a few days then some friends joined us for a few days. It was perfect! Clean. Close to everything but would recommend renting a car to see all the sites. Great house, island, and place to vacation and relax!

San Miguel

Very quiet neighborhood, but close to everything, between Palm Beach and Eagle Beach. Great restaurants nearby. Housekeeper was very attentive, and owner was responsive and helpful. Pool is a bit small, but comfortable lounge chairs and clean. Home has everything needed for a wonderful 10 day stay!

We had a lovely time at Ksenia’s villa

It was spacious and clean, and had a nice pool that we loved using. A fantastic, well stocked supermarket (Super Food) is very close by which is convenient. The villa is in a very quiet neighbourhood. Thank you!

Great Property!

This was our first trip to Aruba and feel very fortunate to have found this property. Close to everything but very private. Annie the housekeeper helped us get checked in on the first day and everything went very smooth. Our kids loved the pool. You won't be disappointed!

I give the house a 4.5 - the house was exactly like the pictures. It was nice and simple but not luxurious. We enjoyed the visit and Annie was very responsive! We had some trouble with the hot water in the showers and didn’t have any most of the time. Annie replaced the battery in the hot water heater but it still was iffy. There is no hot water in the house except to the showers. The house was very clean and had plenty of towels, 4 beach chairs and lots toilet paper!! The pool area was very nice and clean. We even used the grill one night. We liked being close to the grocery store and fairly close to the beaches. We rented a car so we moved around a lot and saw a lot of the island. Everyone was super friendly, even the neighborhood dogs who joined us on walks! The kitchen was nicely stocked and even had coffee and a bottle of Malibu Aside from the hot water not being consistent, be aware the beds are very firm which is why I said 4.5 instead of 5 but I prefer a softer bed. We enjoyed Aruba and look forward to our next visit.

Great stay in a quiet area

We stayed a week at this very roomy quiet property. Excellent area close to a nice grocery store and restaurants but away from the crowds. Has 3 large BRs with master upstairs. Mini splits in all rooms. Nice pool that we just put our feet in (was a little cold to me-not heated) really nice patio and grill too. Would stay again!

Home away from home

Great space, modern furnishes, comfortable for 6 adults who were not in each other's way here, enjoyed the pool (more than we thought we would). Annie, the housekeeper, lives 2 houses down and was wonderful when we needed her. Extremely convenient location, close to our favorite Eagle beach, downtown restaurants, SuperFoods market and everything else. Would stay here again when returning to Aruba.

Property was even better than the pictures show. Fabulous well-appointed home in a great location near Superfood grocery stores, beaches and restaurants. We had a rental car which made getting around easier, but a car is not necessary. We enjoyed the private back yard with double doors on the main floor that open to the pool and covered patio. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. We are definitely planning for our next stay here!

Simply paradise

We had a wonderful stay in Aruba. The house, the pool, the beach, the weather... everything was exactly what we hoped for. Our phones did not work without any Wifi so it was tricky to get directions and communicate with Annie especially upon arrival since GPS or WhatsApp wouldn’t work once we left the airport. Everything else was awesome. Thank you!

Beautiful home, great location!

Our family vacation in Aruba was great! The house was perfect for us. We have three small children so having our own private pool was perfect. The house did have some toys for the kids to play with as well. Ksenia was always quick to respond with any questions we had. Location is great! Less than a mile from the grocery store and so close to our favorite two beaches; Eagle and Palm. We had a lovely vacation and have already booked our stay for next year. Highly recommend this property to others.

Perfect place for a family stay

This house was ideal for our family of 5 for our stay in Aruba. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect for going to the various beaches, awesome restaurants and various activities like golfing and snorkeling. Annie was such an asset to us as we ran into a couple of issues with the electricity and hot water during our stay but she knew exactly what to do in both instances to make it right. The dogs barking every night were a nuisance which made sleeping a bit challenging. Other than that, the house is in a great location.

Convenient, comfortable, and clean

This is an very conveniently located home in a nice quiet neighborhood. The manager is just a few doors down and was readily available when we needed something. The house itself is not particularly “tropical” in its decor, but the beds are comfy, everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make most of our meals in. The grocery store is very nearby, and has excellent selection. ***Very important: All communication with both the owner and the manager was clear and friendly and consistently prompt.

worth another few days

Didn't do any cooking. But everything was clean as it should be. the size was perfect for the 4 of us and a good location to everywhere. the pool was a little cool and there was only 3 beach chairs. Aruba was windy everyday just like they say.

I am glad to hear that you had a great stay! Yes! Aruba is very famous for trade winds. Trade winds makes Aruba a top destination for kite and wind-surfing. Also, not sure if you noticed, because of the winds, there is very low humidity in Aruba. Breeze is very enjoyable especially in summer months.

Best balcony

The interior of the property was excellent, providing all the kitchenware you could possibly need. The master bedroom on the upper floor was excellent. The most enjoyable part was the furnished second floor balcony, where there was always a wonderful, cool breeze.The pool required cleaning when we arrived on Sunday afternoon. Monday was a holiday so we didn’t get the pool cleaned until Tuesday morning. The beautiful umbrella that they show in their opening picture was nonexistent and the equipment to help us clean the pool ourselves was broken and not replaced during our time there.

Just Right

The property was located to all kinds of fantastic beaches and snorkeling. We had an easy drive to food as well. The pool was a fantastic bonus. We jumped in every day. The only difficulty we had was using the drying rack because the dryer doesn’t work. It kept falling over no matter how I secured it. I hauled over some large rocks from the yard and used a chair to get it to finally stay put. Overall though, a very enjoyable stay.

Thank you so much for reviewing our property. The washer and dryer situation has been addressed and replaced with brand new units. No more drying racks! Even though I continue using it. Aruba sun dries my clothes faster than a dryer :-)))) fact! and Aruba trade winds un-wrinkle everything. We look forward to having you back soon

Perfect vacation home

This was our first time to Aruba and this house turned out to be perfect for us . I was traveling with 4 young adults . Everything was conveniently located never more than a 6 minute drive to where we wanted to go . The house manager was close by and responded quickly to anything we needed . The 3 bedrooms were good sized and we were comfortable . Being able to go to the beach 3 minute drive and then come back jump in the pool and grill dinner was awesome ! The kitchen is very well stocked and I found a library of books the second day . Able to log into our prime video for movies shows . Being able to do our laundry was also a bonus . Great house

The house is approximately 1.5 km (1 mile) from the beach.(15 min walking to Eagle Beach). It is a walking distance to Super Foods (7 min walk). The store has everything that you can think of! It is also a short drive (2 minutes) to downtown Palm Beach. You are in the heart of everything! I
