Incredible experience

It was an incredible experience with them, the house exactly as the picture, very clean and neat, has a good location and good privacy area, it has a lot of supplies like beach towels,beach chairs,cooler,hand soap, shampoo,conditioner, shower gel,pepper towels, kitchen appliances,and more. Great in communication, they replied in minutes. Very patient with new renters,, we definitely will rent with them again.Highly recommended.. Our family really enjoyed the staying there

Our family of five very much enjoyed our stay at Bubali 185. It’s in a nice, established and quiet neighborhood – didn’t hear anything except a barking dog. The house is spacious and well-equipped and within driving distance of nearby Eagle Beach (5 minutes), and about 10-15 minutes from Arashi and other beaches, popular restaurants, and the California lighthouse. It was about a half-hour drive south to Baby Beach, and 20 minutes to Oranjestad proper. Super Fresh grocery store was a convenient two minutes away, and walkable. It would be a long hike, however, to Eagle Beach. The house has an easy to set alarm system. There is a sliding front, lockable gate for the driveway. Loved the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The pool was wonderful, and ideal for young kids. Aruba Happy Rentals was easy to work with, stopped by for a check-in, and responded to minor issues during our stay. Thank you!

Great location!

The location was perfect. Close to everything and walking distance to Super Foods. Furthest activity was only 30 min drive. House was great, but definitely needs updates. Updates needed:The roof leaked into the laundry room during heavy rains, a weird smell in back bedroom in the mornings after heavy rain that was possibly caused by septic gases (it only lasted a few minutes),leather sofas in front room are worn and torn, shower door handle in main bedroom (2nd floor) was broken and kept coming loose, tiny ants kept coming in through back door through a small gap (always a trail of ants from there to laundry room), a bunch of small debris kept blowing into pool due to lots of wind in Aruba (pool cleaner only came once during our stay), also lots of odds and end things and electronic parts in different drawers that seemed like they could have been used previously by maintenance, the driveway gate came completely off the track and blew over at one point when we were pulling in, need better instructions inside the house on how to use TV( multiple remotes for each) and wifi speakers (no instructions given)All that being said, none of the above made us not enjoy our stay. We had a lot of activities and spent much of our time outside the home. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space to hangout and relax. It was very clean, except for the ants. The house has potential to be a true luxury home if the updates are done. Still loved our stay.
