The apartment is very large and spacious with a total size of 112 meters.

The apartment is suitable for hospitality, we have thought of all the small details to provide you with the perfect hospitality experience.

The apartment is in a new neighborhood called: "Park Ha Yam".

This is a luxury neighborhood in the city of Bat Yam, very developed.

The neighborhood has an impressive boulevard of towers with a spectacular view of the sea. Shopping and shopping centers and a variety of attractions for families, groups and more.

Great place, great customer service

Our stay was very good, the communication and response from the management were very quick and excellent, clean place and great location. The only issue we had was with the check out, we were supposed to leave by 10:00am, which I didn’t know in advance, we couldn’t extend it, I even offered to pay extra for that, but because there was no cleaning service later they couldn’t offered me that.
