Villa YOLO (You Only Live Once) is a short walk away from two of the most sought-after beach locations in Providenciales; Leeward Beach, Sunset Beach, and Pelican Beach, part of world-famous Grace Bay Beach on the eastern end.

RATE CALCULATION - We rent exclusively to one party at at time, no sharing. If only Main House is rented, the guest suite is closed off.
Villa rates are for six (6) persons in the Main House. When additional persons are added to the inquiry, to a max of 10, the rate will increase on your quote, adding the Guest Suite, which has 2 Queen beds in separate rooms (one in the living and one in the bedroom).
Christmas and New Year's rate is for the entire villa; the additional guest fee will be deducted if it generates on the VRBO quote.

FEES
Cleaning - $450 is charged for departure clean. We offer a complimentary mid-week clean for weekly stays. Property Fee - $250 This is used to assist with the power and propane usage.

The Villa is custom-finished throughout, with designer touches. Bold Caribbean colors evoke the 'Live Out Loud' feeling of exhilaration and freedom. It features four separate bedrooms, including a private, self-contained Guest Suite off the large screened patio.
The palm-planted backyard features a Pool (39 feet; beach entry, swim-up bar area), shady cabana, fire pit, multi-zone music system, and BBQ grill.
Welcome to Leeward, one of Turks and Caicos' most desirable neighbourhoods, a gated community with CCTV cameras monitoring the roads 24/7 and night patrol. Marina, Golf Club, Casinos, Grace Bay bars, restaurants, shopping, and resorts are all within easy reach. Parking is free, and beaches are public.

There is a strong wifi signal indoors and out, a Smart TV and Apple TV box offering access to your Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney +, and Apple movie / TV accounts, and a multi-zone music system. A portable Bluetooth speaker, board games, and more round off your fantastic vacation in the sunshine.

Plus ample parking, Laundry facilities, ceiling fans, and Air conditioning throughout. Beach umbrellas, Beach chairs, Beach wagon, linen, and towels are included, as are Discounted boat tours. Utility costs are included in the rental - YOLO has no hidden fees.

DISTANCE TO THE BEACH
YOLO's location is the beach, beach, and more beaches. No need to drive; take a quiet stroll to the East or the West of the Villa to powdery white sand, turquoise, gin-clear water, and bask in the Turks and Caicos, Grace Bay beach, and sunshine. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, a cooler, and a beach wagon are provided.

On entering YOLO, an open concept Living and Dining with majestic ceilings and large glass doors to a shaded patio reveal the backyard Oasis complete with a spectacular pool, gradual 'beach' entry on one side, and steps on the other, flanked by a circular Pool Cabana and mature palms. Our guests can enjoy sipping daiquiris or our local Turks Head beer from the swim-up pool bar area. At night, please take advantage of our balmy Endless Summer climate to dine outside and chill in the whirlpool or beside the fire pit while gazing at the expansive array of twinkling stars in the skies above. Wow, this is the life - a Turks and Caicos life!

Truly amazing experience at Villa YOLO and it lived up to the name. Celebrated a big birthday with a group of friends and family and everyone had a great time. House was called “The Mansion” because of the high ceiling, spacious shared areas like the living room and kitchen, all the creature comforts one needs to relax and soak up the stress-free vibes of the island. House was very secure, private, super close to two beach access points and convenient to all the other popular parts of the island. We have already decided we will be back! Thank you Amanda and Charlene for super responsiveness and overall wonderful customer service.

Perfect Month at Villa YOLO!

We spent the month of February at Villa YOLO. It was wonderful! The house is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. It is walking distance to the beach, Pelican Beach being the closest. However, since Pelican Beach is limited in size, we usually went to Sunset Beach (still within walking distance--about half a mile), because you can walk the beach all the way around to Grace Bay and beyond. With beach chairs, a cooler, beach bag, towels, etc. (all available at the villa), we drove to Sunset Beach (plenty of parking). The outdoor area at the villa is beautiful and also well-maintained. The walk-in pool is awesome and got sun almost the entire day, so the water was a pleasant temperature. We spent evenings in the large screened-in porch area. And, the cabana area was awesome for those wanting to lounge in the shade. Having the separate guest suite was very nice--allowed some of our guests to have their own private space. It was also nicely decorated and well-appointed with all that you need. Randy and Charlene, with the property management company, were wonderful and very quick to respond to any questions. Cannot say enough good things about them. Located in Leeward, it is convenient to most all of the great restaurants and shops on the island. We cannot say enough good things about the villa, the property and the managers!

Wonderful stay for a family

Villa Y.O.L.O was a great rental for my family and I. The house was in a great neighborhood with plenty of safety features, very clean and spacious and was truly a home away from home. It was a short walk to Pelican Beach where we enjoyed snorkeling, swimming and sun bathing. The rental is also just 5-10 minutes from the Salt Mills and other shopping plus restaurants plus the Grace Gourmet grocery. Everything was very convenient. We really enjoyed the backyard which offered an outdoor shower for after the beach, pool and grill. Our contact Amanda was very responsive and helpful. Overall, great experience for my family and I.

Looks Can Be Deceiving

This was a family trip planned and paid for by me. Pricey but my family is worth it. Upon arrival, the pool area was the focus. Just amazing! Unfortunately, it went downhill after that. We never had a working refrigerator/freezer the whole week" Hundreds of dollars of food went to waste. Our trip was marred due to this as it became a focus. They did just enough to make me think something would change or I would be compensated, but as of now, nothing. Some small details that should be easy fixes are dead lightbulbs, and broken glass in the guest house upon arrival (this is where my granddaughters would be sleeping). We had to buy our own t.p. when we ran out. We ran low on hand soap and used the shower/bath soap, We were told by the villa ambassador that these items are supplied by them. The beach umbrellas are broken and should be replaced, I read that in an earlier review and assumed that would no longer be the case. The air conditioner in the twin bedroom leaks water (pours water) if set too low (we were not informed of this beforehand, my daughter and son-in-law had to sleep elsewhere one night, so it is fine if set at 72 or higher). So many little fixes would make this a total 5-star stay, but the little things accompanied by the BIG thing of no refrigeration is why I'm giving it 2 stars. Positives, Pool maintenance was outstanding, and housekeeping mid-stay was also amazing. This is the first time I'm leaving less than 5 stars.
