Villa Tropica est un véritable paradis, situé dans le quartier haut de gamme de Leeward tout près de Grace Bay, des restaurants, et des boutiques. Bienvenue dans un endroit où vous pouvez vraiment laisser vos soucis derrière. Il ne manque pas de plage à choisir, Grace Bay beach, Pelican beach, Emerald beach ou Long Bay beach sont à quelques minutes de cette villa. Cette villa dispose de cinq chambres spacieuses, une immense cuisine très bien équipée , un salon, une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 10 convives, une librairie, un garage rempli de jouets, 4 vélos, une salle de lavage, une piscine privée rectangulaire de 30 x 16 pieds, ainsi qu'un BBQ et de beaux aménagements vous permettant de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur. La location de base comprend 4 chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 convives. Une suite située au 2e étage peut aussi être louée pour accueillir 2 adultes et deux enfants supplémentaires. A l'intérieur, le plan d'étage est ouvert reliant la cuisine au salon. De belles portes vitrées s'ouvrent sur le jardin et la piscine. La cuisine possède de belles armoires de bois, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, et des comptoirs en granit. Aucun détail n'a été oublié lors de l'aménagement de cette cuisine. Vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire pour préparer une petite collation ou un repas gastronomique.
Le salon possède des canapés en peluche permettant d'accueillir 10 personnes, et un téléviseur à écran plat de 60' avec service de câble. Il y a aussi un lecteur de DVD portable,une station d'accueil iPod, la radio et l'Internet Wifi gratuit.

Le magnifique sable blanc et les eaux claires de Pelican Beach sont à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la villa Tropica via Nightjar Road et s'étend sur plus de 3 5. miles jusqu'à la plage de Grace Bay (une des trois plus belles au monde), qui s'étend sur un autre 12. 5 miles. Des chaises de plage et des parasols sont à votre disposition. Chaque personne séjournant dans la villa bénéficie d'une réduction de 10 pour cent sur les excursions de plongée avec le tour opérateur de Caicos Adventures.

Climatisation: Bien que le vent des Îles et les ventilateurs de plafond conservent généralement la villa à une température confortable, la villa est munie d'un climatiseur centrale ainsi qu'un climatiseur indépendant dans chacune des chambres.Pour décourager l'utilisation de l'air conditionné avec les portes et les fenêtres ouvertes, l'utilisation de l'air conditionné est mesuré séparément et facturé aux clients aux tarifs d'électricité en vigueur.

Villa Tropica was in a wonderful location, close to many excellent restaurants and shops. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, and is in a gated area which felt very safe. The kitchen was well equipped and the owner/manager were very gracious and accommodating when we needed to ask for additional towels. Emily was very thorough in explaining that the electricity is expensive and how we could control having additional charges. The pool area was a big hit with us and the beach chairs and towels provided were a great help for enjoying the beaches that were close by. We would definitely rent Villa Tropica again if we are lucky enough to return to Turks and Caicos!!

Relaxing and convenient stay

Very nice property with all the amenities that you’re looking for. Three minute walk to the beach and 5 min drive to where all the action is. Only downside for our trip was that the cable did not work all week and the wifi would cut out frequently.

Magical Week

We had a fabulous week at Villa Tropica. Dany was very responsive any time I had a question. He also allowed us to drop off our suitcases before check in. Emily was fantastic. She did a great job during the check in process and was very responsiive during our stay. She went above and beyond as our daughter left her childhood blanket when we checked out. This was a very sentimental keepsake. Emily reached out to the cleaning crew and found it. She also sent it to us via FedEx. She is a life saver!Things we loved about the property:Very spacious and mostly updatedproximity to the beach. Only a 5 minute walkNeighborhood felt safeHaving a pool onsite was super niceTons of beach towelsThings that can be improved:The kitchen could be better stocked with pans and kitchen towels.There were a few cabinets in the kitchen that were falling off of the hinges.The backyard was a little unkept and the pool needed to be cleaned. We had a great time and look forward to visiting Turks again!

Needs a little TLC

We recently stayed at Villa Tropica and had a decent overall experience, but several issues made the stay less than ideal. The biggest ongoing problem was the flushing issues in both master bathrooms. While the property manager did try to address it multiple times, it was never resolved during our stay. The listing mentioned bikes and a hammock, but neither were there. There were also a number of smaller concerns that added up: the pool lights couldn’t be changed, one shower had a leak and couldn’t be used, and another had a poorly designed shower curtain/door that left the floor soaked every time. In the master, there was no niche or shelf for soap in the shower, and the hand shower knob was missing. The game room has a sofabed and ping pong table but no fan or a/c making it hard to use On a more positive note, the landscaping, which was initially in rough shape, was cleaned up mid-week, and they did provide new beach umbrellas when we reported the old ones were broken. Still, most of the beach chairs were torn or broken.With some maintenance improvements and attention to the details listed in the description, this property could live up to its potential.

Highly recommend!

We booked this beautiful villa last year to accommodate our family- 3 couples and an infant who were traveling to Turks for a family wedding. The nature of our group led me to many questions and each one I asked Dani answered quickly and completely. We arrived a little bit earlier and he waived the rules to allow us to check in a half an hour earlier. When we got there, the property was as advertised- maybe even better! It felt very spacious, both inside and out. There was a lovely pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a covered table for outdoor dining (if you don't mind bugs, which are certainly to be expected). Inside was well appointed with everything that one would need for a tropical vacation. We felt very safe in the house and the neighborhood and when a few very minor things did come up, Emily and Dani were very responsive. It is a short walk to a beautiful beach, though with the baby, we spent more time at the pool. My brother also rented a villa through VRBO which did not live up to expectations (or as advertised) and we asked Dani if he and his family could move in. Again, Dani and Emily were immediately responsive and receptive to the idea and my brother's family vacation was salvaged. We had a great time and would go back in a heartbeat and are very grateful that we were able to take advantage of that little piece of paradise. Thank you again!

Family Vacay

Let me start by saying we had an amazing visit to Turks.Villa Tropica was spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The outdoor area was lovely and serene. All the beach amenities, the chairs, umbrellas and towels were in excellent condition and the Leeward community was beautiful.Upon our arrival there were some significant plumbing issues. Emily the house manager was very responsive and had them addressed as quickly as possible. She was very accessible. The house itself is not exactly as depicted in the photos on VRBO. While there have been many updates, it could use a little TLC, but none of which impacted out stay. It is a good house for a large group and the beautiful beach is so close as well as the Blue Haven Marina which had a lovely cafe', perfect for morning coffee and croissant and lunch.

My family and I stayed for seven days at this beautiful home. The host was very accommodating and had great communication. We had wide range of needs as we had a one year old toddler to a 80-year-old grandmother. The home is at advertise we had an overall great day. Location was near site we wanted to visit. Great location and property amenities

I stayed with 7 other adult friends for a couple of days and thoroughly enjoyed being in a well furnished property within a safe and clean neighborhood. Being able to walk to a beach within 5 minutes was also very convenient. The location was great too - just a quick 10 mins drive or moderate walk to the part of town with nice restaurants and shops. The property manager and his staff were always accesible and provided many tips to improve our stay in the island.

Amazing Getaway

The newly renovated Villa Tropica provided everything we’d hoped for and more for our month long vacation! Bob, the host, could not have been more accommodating to our needs and responded so quickly. Villa Tropica, particularly the backyard pool area, provides a real private oasis . We all loved it!!

Great House and Safe Location

The house is large and perfect for families. The AC blows cold and the kitchen is large and modern. The backyard is very nice and has a nice pool to cool off in. The neighborhood is very safe and is about a 5 minute drive to Grace Bay. The country club is also very close if you want to play golf or tennis. We had a great time and highly recommend it.

Amazing Villa

Communication with property manager was excellent! The home was absolutely incredible. We had a group of five couples. The layout of the home fit our group perfectly. The pool area was amazing. House was stocked with essentials that lasted us the week. Need towel racks or hooks in the upstairs bathroom. No place to hang wet towels. Other than that, no complaints. Highly recommend this home!!

Family vaca in Turks

We had a wonderful stay in Turks. Bob, the owner was very attentive to all of our needs. He gave us information about the island, restaurants etc. He even brought us sandwiches for our flight back home!!! After we left the property, my nephew realized that he left an air pod in the house. Bob plans to mail it to him soon!!! Thanks Bob!!!

Lovely location with lots of room

Just returned from a first time trip to Turks & Caicos with family of 7 (parents and 5 teen/young twenty something kids). Villa Tropica is in a wonderful location...easy driving and a short walk to a pretty little beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, pool toys and all the kitchen tools needed were there (and a great blender for tropical drinks). The garden is lovely but it does come with some mosquitos so bring a bit of bug spray. The owner and property manager were very responsive and easy to work with.

Lovely spacious home with amazing pool

The property is better than the photos! Brand new tile, kitchen and bath remodels all new furniture. All bedrooms had access to their own bathrooms. Truly a beautiful home. The pool is very large and perfect underneath the Palm trees. Outdoor dining area and grill were also highlights. Bob, the owner was beyond exceptional, a wonderful human and immediately responded with all communication. Even brought us pastries one morning and set us up with reservations at his favorite sushi place. A fabulous stay in a very safe and upscale neighborhood. We can’t wait to go back!

Family Vacation

Villa Tropica exceeded our expectations! Beautiful home, well stocked gourmet kitchen. The pool and patio area was awesome with pool toys for the children. Plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 children to have private time, when needed. Only a 5 minute walk to beautiful beaches. Robert, the property manager, was great. He was very attentive and available when needed.. The only downside to the whole vacation was the power outage on the island that lasted 24 hours, which was out of the control of the owners or property manager. We will definitely book this home again. We had an amazing vacation!

Had its ups and downs

I’ll start with the ups. When we checked in Emily met us and went through the house. We rented the car through the owner and all was as advertised. The house has large and could hold all of us with no problem. There was a full size crib as advertised. The pool was clean. The group was responsive to texts through what’s app. Now the downs. The AC in the upstairs bedroom was rigged and had to be turned on with the circuit breaker and the remote didn’t work. Another reviewer mentioned this months ago. Well - The unit didn’t work at all. I was told it worked fine for the last person. The positive is the owner did get on it and replaced the whole unit that now works and has a remote. The powder room toilet by the kitchen was iffy. It would run constantly if you didn’t go and jiggle the handle every time. The shower in the jack and Jill bathroom flooded the floor every time it was used (mentioned in a review from months ago). The updates look nice enough on the web site but the craftsmanship is terrible. Paint job is terrible. The kitchen cabinet knobs are all falling off. A curtain rod fell on my daughter’s head when she was closing the cheap curtain. Everything was done very cheaply. But what was the most upsetting was the active water leaks in the house. The playroom was gross and had black on the ceiling (I m guessing black mold but I can’t confirm) and an active and constant drip of water from the ceiling. The owner waived the cleaning fee and electric fee which was nice.

Great time in TCI!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Tropica in TCI last week! The weather was awesome and the beaches were amazing. The house was just what we needed, and any issues that came up, Bob and his team handled immediately. It fit our two families (9 people all together) just fine and the pool was so fun for everyone! The beach equipment was perfect for our needs - chairs, umbrella, cooler, and some toys! Master bedrooms king beds were comfy. And the cars rented with the house were definitely a plus, and Bob helped us with transportation to/from the airport, which was much appreciated. Highlights were snorkeling at Coral Gardens, Sapodilla Bay jet skiing, and a private boat tour that was loads of fun! Thanks Bob, Graham, Dany and everyone who made our stay at TCI a memorable one!
