With plenty of room for the whole family, this home is ideal for larger groups and everyone can find their own piece of paradise. If you want a breath of fresh air or some summer sunshine, the spacious deck is furnished with an abundance of loungers and a gas grill to make cookouts a no-brainer. Any downtime spend indoors will be a blast as well with the top floor offering a perfect layout for entertaining, as the full kitchen, accommodating dining area, and living room seamlessly lead to one another to allow everyone to kick back and relax as a homecooked meal is prepared by the chef of the group each evening. If you brought the kiddos along, downstairs will be the hub for friendly competition with a ping-pong table and Xbox gaming system just waiting to assist in endless fun. Plus, three bedrooms await upstairs and one bedroom is downstairs, all offering plush bedding and a place for everyone to hit the hay.

A boat launch is right down the street, so bring along your water toys and fishing poles to fill each day with lake activities and classic Virginia beauty. When you want to head into town, make your way six miles west to the charming shops and restaurants in Mineral. For a change of scenery, check out the hiking trails or local vineyards for a day of wine tasting!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
