Magnifique maison en front de mer sur les rives du lac Anna. Cette maison dispose de 650 pieds de front de mer, facilement accueillir 10 personnes. Il y a 3 chambres; reine chambre 1, chambre de la Reine 2, reine, avec lits superposés simple dans la chambre 3. De plus, il y a un canapé-lit et 1 lit gonflable. Il y a 1 téléviseur grand écran à écran plat de 50 pouces dans le salon avec TV élargi liineup direct, puis un second écran plat de 50 pouces avec télévision directe élargie dans la chambre principale, dure une télévision supplémentaire dans la taniÚre relié à X box 360 avec 4 dispositifs portatifs, et un certain nombre de bons jeux pour le PS 3. La maison est calées avec de nombreux jeux de société, ainsi que des films pour les jours de pluie.
Il y a 2 acres de terrain boisé, donc vous aurez beaucoup d'intimité. La maison est située dans une crique, donc moins la circulation des bateaux. Il y a une merveilleuse surface de pont à cÎté de l'eau. Le pont a quelques meubles d'extérieur, y compris un grand canapé, et 2 chaises longues.
LOCATION DE BATEAU: Cette maison a une 2006 Stingray 185 L / S bateau ouvert d'arc disponibles Ă  la location. Il y a un autre accord nĂ©cessaire pour louer le bateau. Les frais de location sur le bateau sont les suivants, 200 Location / jour, ou 1000 / semaine. DĂ©pĂŽt de garantie est de 200 dollars, et est remboursable. Si vous ĂȘtes intĂ©ressĂ©s Ă  louer le bateau que vous avez besoin d'une boule de remorquage de 2 pouces. Si vous n'ĂȘtes pas en mesure de remorquer le bateau, j'ai un frais de service de 40 dollars pour dĂ©poser et prendre bateau. J'ai un bricoleur qui peut le faire pour vous donnĂ© un avis appropriĂ©. Il n'y a pas de frais supplĂ©mentaires pour tractables et des engins de ski nautique. Cette maison est livrĂ© avec une fosse de patio en pierre et le feu de pierre et de bois est bien approvisionnĂ©.
Il y a 4 salles de bain complĂštes. Il y a aussi un jet ski de fruits de mer Ă  louer. Cette taxe est de 300 par jour.
Il y a une toute nouvelle maison de bateau construite en été 2017.

Relaxation heaven

There are so many things to mention that made our stay a wonderful week of fun. Hot tub was wonderful, fishing; we brought our Jon boat and the boys went fishing everyday! Boat launch on site perfect. Amenities like kayaks to use and water trampoline were great. Fantastic boat dock. Optional boat and jet-ski rental another plus. House is near end of cove so no traffic yet view of lake is great. Close to stores and Log Home Brewery was awesome! Can't wait to return. Would definitely stay here again. Host is very easy to get in touch with if needed.

Great location, dock, house, amenities, everything was as advertised!

House and dock has everything you could ask for. Host was easy to communicate with and check in/out was no issue. Dock is close to a busy road but it is not noticeable or noisy at all. in fact, really liked the private-like cove. Our kids enjoyed the paddleboards, kayak, floaties, etc. would stay there again!

Lake Front Fun!

The property is located on a wooded lot with beautiful views of the lake. We spent most of the time at the boat house, enjoying kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing on the lake. At night we enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit. There were plenty of restaurants, and wineries within a reasonably short drive. We truly enjoyed our stay at the property and would do it all over again!

Fishing Trip

Our fishing club comes to Lake Anna every year to get some early spring fishing in. And this house provided a great home base for us with space for everyone’s boats. The host promptly replied to any questions we had and helped make our trip great. Thanks!

What a Gem!

The pictures of this property do not do it enough justice. We stayed Labor Day weekend and the following week and it was PERFECT for my family. Quiet, LOTS to do, clean, spacious, and super private. We will absolutely be back in the future as it is a perfect family vacation spot.

Relaxing vacation

The house and property are so lovely! Everything about the property is fantastic, with the exception of the loud and busy road. We wish we had known about it before booking our stay. The boathouse/dock is gorgeous and so much fun to hang out and fish on. The fire pit is huge and so nice. We also loved the unique indoor hot tub. The king bed in the primary bedroom is super comfy!

Great Lake House

For starters I can't say enough good things about the owner Steve, he is extremely responsive and very accommodating. This was our second time staying at the property. This year they have installed a new paver path from the house to the water, an awesome new dock with plenty of space to hang out on, and they expanded the beach area to give the kids tons of room to play in the water. These new improvements made what was previously a great lake house even better. The house sits back in the woods and has a lot of property giving you plenty of privacy. We all enjoyed playing in the lake and taking evening walks to the point to soak in the views. Overall this is a great lake house in a great location, that we would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend some quality time away.

Gorgeous and Relaxing Stay

We had a wonderful time at the lake house! It is right on the lake and the view was beautiful. It allows so many different activities just on the lake. We came during the winter and the property was decorated for the holidays which was a nice surprise and the house's temperature was great. There were a lot of games and activities provided for our entertainment as well. The hot tub was incredible and we really enjoyed it, using it both nights we stayed! We came with a group of 9 of us and the area was quite spacious. Steve was also great at communication and replying immediately. We had a slight issue, but Steve responded real quick and was able to help us out with no wait at all. Overall, Steve's communication was wonderful and the place was really well kept! Would highly recommend for anyone staying for a getaway at Lake Anna!

Nice but not without flaws

Pros: Lakefront area is pretty incredible. Lots of space, I mean lots. Dock is fantastic and anything you could want for a nice day in the water is around(fishing poles, paddle boards, life jackets, etc.) Hot tub nook is great inside the house. Cons: For the high cost of the house I was honestly expecting a better interior. Outside of the kitchen, a lot of the house felt dated. Lighting especially was pretty bad in some rooms, especially the living room. There were a few dead crickets on the floor when I got there. Dishwasher was also full of dishes. Neither of these things are a huge deal, but I paid a lot of money for the house and you expect these things to be dealt with.

I do not reccomend staying here

The problems started as soon as we arrived. Upon unpacking we discovered that the place was dirty cabinets were broke ,lights didn't work sticky stain in the master bedroom floor glass table top looked like it was going to collapse standing water in basement mold smell 2 family members have mold allergys hot tub dirty and non working water trampoline flat Were warned to not electracute ourselves blowing it up Leaks made it unusable we called owner to complain and he sent handy man who only fixed ac issue. Were also informed by the owner that we may run out of water at anytime. After driving 3 1/2 hrs we had to clean the house before we could unpack and eat. It took a month and a half to get my deposit back and that was only after threatening to get a lawyer.

Relaxing Private Lake House with extras

My family wife and 3 kids under the age of 9 stayed here in August. The house is located in a private cove on the private side of Lake Anna. The property has a great dock house with water access that has a shallow access for little ones but also has a deeper side for a boat and jet ski. There is only one other property in the cove so there is no boat traffic which is great for swimming, kayaks and paddle boards. One of the great benefits of the property is it has 3 paddle boards and 3 kayaks to use. You can also rent the owners boat and jet ski. We did have a problem with the boat but the owner and property manager fixed the issue quickly. Communicating with the owner was great and he responded quickly. Having the ability to rent the boat and jet ski is important because there are no marinas on the private side of the lake to rent a boat from. There is also a great fishing spot located about 3 minutes away by boat. Between the dock and the fishing spot we probably caught 40+ fish. The inside of the house was clean and had plenty of seating. The kids loved having a hot tub inside of the house. Another nice touch I appreciated is there were plenty of towels provided for all of the water activities. The boat house also had several life jackets if you do not have your own. The property is located in a private wooded area and had a nice fire pit for camp fires. I would highly recommend this rental and we look forward to staying here in the future.

Relaxing lake weekend

We had a great time staying here! The house was cozy and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking family meals. We spent every sunny minute in the water, which was nice and warm even on cooler days. The paddle boards were a blast for the adults and the kids loved jumping off the dock and floating pad. Once the hot tub got up to temp it worked great. We would definitely consider another stay. Thanks!

Great fishing, water sports and Hangout

Has it's own boat ramp and boat house make sure you have 4 wheel drive steep ramp. Great location on the lake being by the bridge not to many big wakes. Fishing off the dock for catfish and bass. Hot tub is great just make sure you turn on the jets when you get there to heat it up. Grocery store and bait shop 20 minutes away.Beautiful view from every window. Kid friendly with bunk beds. Great WiFi service. New upgrades to the house. We loved our stay

Fun weekend at the lake

The house was very clean and in a great location. Our teenagers loved riding the jet ski, fishing for catfish right off the dock every evening, and playing ping pong in the basement after dinner. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Jenn, the property manager, was great! Thank you for the wonderful family memories at the lake!

Lovely long lake weekend

We were looking for a quiet April weekend by the lake for our kids aged 4 through 17, and that's what we had. There were lots of spots to sit and lounge around, and we lived mostly on the dock, chasing fish, using water toys, and occasionally taking paddle boards to venture further into Lake Anna.

Great vacation home

The home and property is lovely and well kept. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time relaxing and fishing off of the dock. A great place to unwind and reconnect with family. Highly recommended!

Relaxing week at Anna

The owner has the house stocked with anything you may forget! Our grandkids loved the dock and the hot tub. We caught over 100 small fish around the dock in four days so the kids were thrilled. Very private spot which was nice. Would recommend to families....wonderful place and Steve the owner couldnt be any easier to deal with. Nice guy!
