Cool down in the shared outdoor pool, or you might as well work on your tan using one of the many beach chairs available. WHAT’S NEARBY
Head just over 12 miles to St. Andrews State Park and explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Don't forget to hop on a ferry to Shell Island - it’s only accessible by boat! Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a fun coastal setting, is just under three miles from the condo. Skywheel Panama City Beach offers great views of the Gulf. Personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We love Celedon! We have stayed here many many times, but this unit definitely needs a new mattress and sofa. The weather was a bit off this trip so we used the condo more than normal. We really thought there was no mattress on the bed and we were sleeping on the box springs. There were stains on the sofa which we reported and it was in very very poor shape, uncomfortable to say the least. The condo was well stocked and we loved the location of the unit. As always the property and management was wonderful.

Not the cleanest

We love the Celadon and the west end of PCB. This is the 3rd room we've stayed in over the years and the first room that had a company rather than an individual managing the room. When we got there, there was a small amount of dirt on the bedspread, sand all over the floor in the living room and caked into the rug, and sand and something sticky on the counter. This is the first time we've stayed that the room has not been spotless. I texted with 2 numbers about having someone come and vacuum the floors as there was no vacuum in the condo or I'd have done it myself. I did get a quick response but no one ever came or contacted us locally. I also went by the main office on Monday but no one was at the desk. I called the number at the desk but after spending about 5 min wading through prompts, I was on hold for awhile and finally gave up. The room was cute, bed was comfy, and loved being on the 3rd floor, however, I dont know that I'll rent from a large management company again.
