Very comfortable & Clean

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Very clean & functional. It was very noisy though in the early mornings. The bedroom was adjacent to an alley, where there was a lot of noise and sketchy people hanging out. Maybe it was just the timing of our being there.

Beachview getaway

Very convenient location to many restaurants with in walking distance. Literally only 5 mins from Beach. Place was very clean, comfortable for 2 person or single. Owners were easy to work with.

Perfect Place by the Beach

This place has an amazing location! It was extremely clean and very cute. Julie is very nice and responsive. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella to use while going to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

A Great Week at the Beach

This property met all of my expectations for a getaway to the beach. The location was great and the property was clean and well-equipped. The hosts were friendly and easy to work with. I went home relaxed and with a nice tan.

Steps from the beach

This cute one bedroom one bath Pacific Beach rental, is a perfect San Diego getaway. The apartment is well maintained and very comfortable. It’s was wonderful being so close to the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Wow! Truely a slice of heaven!

Positives. - location location location. I can not say this enough! The property has two units on the second floor 629 and 631. I was in 631. The views of law street are gorgeous! Watch sunset from kitchen table, living room or from just outside the unit on the chairs in verandah. The walk to law street beach is just 2 minutes! That grassy patch on the beach is where the whole world seems to converge! I did yoga on the beach most days. People gather to watch sunset. Surfers bikers tourists you name it. Very cool! Law street is very quiet. But if someone wants to go yo the bars one only has to walk a block or two. Unit is very cute! Super clean! Location is safe and very quiet! There are beach chairs in the garage that one could use on the beach. The two car garage offers safety for your vehicle. Apartment has all the utensils, toaster microwave etc. Check in process was great. It was quick. Owner Julie was waiting for me when i got there. Internet is very good! It is fast. The password was a bit long and complicated ( for a good reason, though). The bedroom has a walk in closet. Negatives If you like loud parties. This is not the place for you. Honestly i should not even call it a negative. The priperty does not have a gym but there are multiole gyms in the area. I joined crunch fitness for a month which is only less thsn s mile away.

Perfect stay

The pictures don't do justice to this place, it is much nicer than shown in the pictures. Very quiet and close to the ocean, yet very close to the middle of the action with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within 5-10min walk! We regret to have booked this place for only one week, we should have stayed much longer!

Best vacation rental in Pacific Beach!

A truly great experience and a convenient location! The unit is extremely clean and well stocked with cookware and linens. Views of the ocean and sound of the waves every night. Walking distance to restaurants and the pier. Perfect little park on the bluff over looking the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay or better hosts. Thank you so much!

Must Stay

My girlfriend and I spent three weeks in San Diego at Julie’s property and don’t have enough nice things to say. Imagine waking up in the morning hearing the ocean seeing the surfers catching waves and it’s close to the surf school so you can be one too. It’s close to good, also you have plenty of space between the garage, the outdoor area with the grill and the apartment. The work that Julie and her husband put in to maintaining the property is apparent and it’s always great to see them around the property every so often as they clean up. If you’re looking for a place to San Diego, this is the answer, don’t bother looking anywhere else.

Great beach location!

Right near the beach within walking distance. Plus stores & restaurants nearby. Very easy to get where you need to go from this location. Seeing and hearing the beach and ocean within walking distance is just a Blessing! :)

Fantastic location!

My wife and I stayed here for a week in September 2020. The location is fantatic - easy to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Had everything we needed with a kitchen, garage, and a porch with a fantastic view. Thanks for everything!

Great place to relax close to the beach

Located at the north end of the Pacific Beach "boardwalk". Easy walk to restaurants and along the waterfront. Apartment was very comfortable, clean. Included garage parking although we chose street parking because our car was a tight fit in the garage. Overall, a great stay. Will stay here again.

This is a really nice place to stay.It has a good location with Ocean view. This is a quiet place and all what you need is nearby. And very very important thing the apartment is really really clean.It is a wonderful place for vocation!

Pacific Beach Apartment - Oceanview

We had an awesome time here! Ken and Julie have a fabulous apartment and have it decorated and furnished perfectly. Every space/room/area here is extremely clean and well maintained. This also comes with a garage for 1 car which is nice since parking availability is limited at times. The view out of the windows is beautiful; you can see a large part of the coastline which is filled with surfers. If you like yoga then make sure you bring your mat because across the street they have weekend morning yoga classes with about 150 people facing the ocean! Ken and Julie also have Tommy Bahama chairs for going to the beach! Pacific Beach is a really good escape from the normal san diego life. It is very beach centric here, even more than Coronado! Thanks Ken and Julie!

Perfect location. Gourgeus view! This place was perfect. Very clean and well maintained apartment. Pictures on the site are true to real location. This condo was just what we wanted for the two of us, and we had a great time. Would highly recommend and would also return.

Super clean. Perfect for the two of us. Easy walking to many places.

Julie and Ken were great hosts. Very welcoming. Condo has a great view of Pacific Beach which was great for walks, bike rides, and watching surfers. We visited Torrey Pines and San Diego, both an easy drive or Uber away. PB is a cool area. Will definitely stay here again when we return.

Beautiful view, awesome condo!

My husband and I stayed for a week to celebrate our anniversary. We have stayed at several locations within a 3 block radius of this condo. This was the best view we have had. The condo itself was immaculate and had everything we needed. Renters DO NOT need a car. Everything is within walking distance.

Wonderful experience, everything was as advertised!

My wife and I are retirees from AZ. We rented this unit for 10 days in August and everything was great. The unit must have been remodeled recently as everything was new and spotlessly clean. All the appliances and electronics worked well. I like to stream video and baseball games over the internet and their Wi-Fi was plenty fast for this. They also had a Bluray player, so we were able to watch the DVD's we had taken with us. The kitchen had a good sized refrigerator and all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, etc. You need to bring your own spices or buy them when you get there. We had a nice view of the ocean from our kitchen and deck, and a very short walk (about 2 minutes) to the beach. The owners were very helpful and available. The parking in their garage was a little tight, but we were able to get our car, a full sized Toyota Highlander SUV into it without any trouble. The section of Pacific beach that was near the unit was a little quieter and less crowded than where we used to go at Mission Beach. Plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very clean

Julie was great to work with and easy to get ahold of when the tv malfunctioned. The location was great and only a 5 minute walk to Pacific Beach where daily surfing and yoga classes were held. The garage was shared with another renter and was rather full with the two cars but if careful any beach gear like surf boards may be securely stored. A hose is outside on the patio to rinse sand off. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. All needed cooking utensils are supplied. Has a gas stove and oven next to a standard refrigerator/freezer combo.Grocery stores like sprouts and Ralph's are within 10 minutes. Only complaint is that there is no a/c system. We stayed in August and needed all the windows open and fan on to drop the temperature to the low 70's (whatever the temperature was outside).

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The location is ideal, close enough to walk to local coffee shops, bars and restaurants, yet far enough to get away from the crowds. Law St is a great street with a true neighborhood feel. Each of the apartments has been carefully restored by Ken and are lovingly maintained to wow you with the cleanliness we work hard to provide
