À quelques pas du sable, cette propriété a récemment été entièrement rénovée pour vous offrir une sensation de luxe. Emportez nos planches à roulettes et nos équipements de plage pour la journée et rentrez chez vous pour faire un barbecue sur votre véranda privée ou pour vous rendre aux restaurants de Pacific Beach. Cette unité est aménagée pour accueillir confortablement 4 personnes dans des lits. Il a une salle à manger séparée et une cuisine complète, de sorte que vous avez toujours la possibilité de manger ou de découvrir le vaste choix de restaurants et de bars PB.

La propriété entière est à vous et le pont et les équipements énumérés sont pour votre usage personnel.

Nous sommes une société de gestion de services complets et sommes toujours disponibles en un coup de fil. Nous pouvons être sur place pour tous vos besoins en moins de 30 minutes. Nos unités sont self-service par conception sinon

Nous fournissons un seul espace de stationnement couvert. On y accède par l’allée et, en tant que tel, peut s’avérer très difficile (avec environ 90% des places de stationnement à la plage). Nous recommandons une petite voiture pour faciliter le stationnement (puisque nous fournissons tout ce dont vous avez besoin, des vélos aux équipements de plage, vous n'avez besoin que d'emballer vos vêtements!). Nous vous recommandons également de vous asseoir à cet endroit, car cela facilite l'entrée et la sortie. Un parking gratuit est disponible dans la rue, mais en raison du nombre élevé de baigneurs, ne comptez pas sur le stationnement à proximité. Veillez également à lire les panneaux de stationnement!

Love the location!

It was the perfect location! Steps to the beach, which was super convenient to make food/drinks, use the restroom, etc. Super comfortable bed and pillows! It even had beach chairs and extra towels. Very comfortable, and we had everything we needed! The lock to get in and out is easy to use, but the door knob is a little tricky to get use to. Only complaint was how loud the people were upstairs. You can hear every footstep. Couch is different than in the picture, but we didn't care. It was fine.

Great location

We had a great stay at Ben’s beach bungalow. The location is great and an amazing value. The property was just as described- maybe even bigger then we anticipated. The check in process was very easy and great communication with the host. The parking is as described and best for smaller cars- we didn’t want to risk our van so we found street parking fairly easily.

Wonderful beach getaway

We were visiting our son for family weekend and this property was the perfect place to stay. It was close to the beach (actually only 86 steps!) and many restaurants, super clean and the host was extremely communicative from the minute we booked. We would absolutely book this property again.

Thin walls and ceilings

The furniture in the picture does not match the actual furniture at the VRBO the walls and ceilings are paper thin. The people above us were up making noise at all hours of the night. Especially between 2:00 AM and 4:00Am. The garage is on for a small vehicle at best. You can see scuff marks all over the wall where people have tried to park. The location is very good and the property was clean.

Great Location

Great spot for the location. Whoever stays upstairs had a kid who ran 24-7. Good thing we dodnt spend much time in the room. The place is clean and has beach items available for use.

Absolutely perfect stay

This property is exactly as shown in the pictures. Perfect size for my wife and me, and it couldn’t be in a better location. The beach is 30 seconds away, and so many good places to eat are only about a 10 minute walk. We didn’t need or want anything more.

Perfect Labor Day getaway!!

We had an absolutely wonderful 5 night stay in this awesome bungalow! We have rented many places on this beach over the years (26) and this was by far our favorite. Yes it is a bit older (we love the relaxed charm) however it was clean, cozy, and accessible to everything! We enjoyed using the grill several nights and overall relaxing in our private bungalow. We really appreciated the "extra" touches such as: plenty of towels, nice beach items for use, keyless entry, fans, coffee pot, toaster and plenty of cooking utensils. They aren't stingy with essentials as some rentals have been, such as plenty of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, spices and garbage bags. We can't wait to book again!

Location is great. Photos did not match the online booking photos. Condo stated that it would be fully stocked. There were only two bathroom mismatched towels. We booked as a family of 4 so this was disappointing. Having a decent set of towels would have made a greater impression. Would have been nice to have a broom available, sandy feet at the beach all week can get old.

Perfect spot

We've been to San Diego many times and this was probably one of the best places we've been to. The host always responded quickly if we had any questions. The place really is just a minute walk up to the beach. The grocery store is a couple minute driving and there are many bars and restaurants walking distance. There are a couple laundromats not too far but didn't end up using them. There were plenty of basics such as towels, bedding and kitchen essentials. The extras that we loved were some chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for the beach. Parking was a little tight with our SUV but we made it work. Overall, just really loved the atmosphere of the place inside and out. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our two teenagers. Hope to stay there again on a future visit!

Great Location and Convenience, but Some Drawbacks

Overall, we had a very positive experience staying here. The location was absolutely fantastic, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of attractions and the beach within walking distance. It was also easily accessible, making it a breeze to get around the city. We had no trouble finding the property, and it was convenient for Uber pickups and drop-offs. Upon arrival, we were pleased with the overall cleanliness of the property. It was clear that the place had been well-maintained in terms of hygiene, which made for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was particularly well-equipped, stocked with all the utensils and appliances one could need. This allowed us to prepare our own meals, which I highly recommend as a way to save money during your stay. (There is a grocery store super close) However, there were some issues that detracted from the experience. The photos on the listing were not entirely accurate. While the property was clean, it didn't quite match the polished, modern look depicted in the pictures. There was a handful of scuff marks on the walls and the sofa showed signs of wear, which was a bit disappointing given the expectations set by the photos. Additionally, we encountered a sugar ant problem in the kitchen upon arrival. While this was only a minor inconvenience, it was still an unwelcome surprise. For now, it's a fine choice if you're looking for a convenient and practical place to stay, but be prepared for a few imperfections.

62 steps to the beach.

So my S/O & I booked this place after reading multiple reviews and proximity to the beach. Communication with host was a breeze as was finding the bungalow. The place is pretty much as advertised, small, quaint and perfect for the two of us. It was nothing fancy as these beach bungalows are a little on the older side but it lent itself to the charm. She and I enjoyed strolls on the beach every morning and evening. The location was pretty good as it’s close to everything; grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants etc. Bungalow also had plenty of beach supplies too such as chairs, umbrellas and boogey boards (we brought our own). **A note regarding parking** for those of you reading this review, unless you have exceptional parking skills (I do…former delivery driver lol) I do NOT recommend driving anything bigger than a small SUV or crossover as the parking spot is tiny and alley way is very narrow. There are a few things that could be improved on to make stays more pleasant for future renters: 1st was the screen on the security door was torn and we were not able to use it as in leaving door open to enjoy outside weather as flies would constantly get into bungalow. 2nd: The kitchen could use a little updating as in a new toaster that actually works & some more kitchen supplies; maybe one or two extra pans, cutlery and basic kitchen staples…a spice here or there. On our 2nd or 3rd night, a group of young adults came walking in from public sidewalk, came into our courtyard and helped themselves to relaxing on our patio and using outdoor shower. They busted the latch to the little wooden gate to courtyard in the process. It was a little off putting as I know they were not staying on the property. All of this though would not deter us from staying here again. The week we spent here was relaxing and a much needed break for the both of us. Pablo & Melissa.

The property was perfectly located. We’ve been to Mission Beach many times and knew exactly where it was. The furniture has changed since the photos and I was kind of looking forward to the chaise on the couch in the photo. “Recently renovated” not sure what that means, maybe different furniture but the floors are worn and the baseboards scuffed. The description also says patio is solely for your use but that’s not the case either. We didn’t mind as the users were using it when we weren’t. The portable AC unit did a fine job keeping the whole place cool even though they have it set up in the dining room. We just had the two ceiling fans going to circulate the air. All in all a great place to stay while in Mission Beach.

Quiet weekend away

Great location. As many reviews stated, furniture is different from pictures but still nice. Easy access to beach and bay with everything u need to enjoy. Parking was tight but we rented a small car at the advice of owner so it was perfect! Great deal for the cost. Would stay again.
