This large family penthouse unit offers a gorgeous view of Table Rock Lake from the private, covered balcony! With three bedrooms and an open loft with two queen-size floor beds, it can accommodate up to 17 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a private workspace, a twin sofa sleeper, and balcony access. The second bedroom includes two queen beds and the third a double-over-double bunk bed. The open great room includes a living room with a fireplace and queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen stocked with utensils, dishes, and cookware, and a dining area for a quiet meal in. Older kids will love the open loft overlooking the living room. Between the fun amenities at the resort and its proximity to Silver Dollar City, this is sure to be your family's new favorite vacation rental!

We had fun

Overall we had a great time. We had all family staying which included 8 adults and children with ages ranging 2-14. There were 2 pools and 2 hot tubs in different areas. We really liked the saltwater pool and hot tub the best. It was spacious with a slide and a walk in area. The other chlorine pool was more awkward to use for our large family. It felt like we were invading others space; more like an apartment complex pool. If we had to do it over we would have rather rented a whole house/cabin vs a condo since we had all of our kids. We found ourselves constantly telling the kids to be quiet, stop stomping up the stairs, stop playing on the stairs, stop running ect so we didn’t bother the neighboring condos.

Good floor plan

The floor plan for the condo was great. Our teens stayed in the spacious loft, and the bunk room. The kitchen is small but clean, and the open kitchen makes it great if you need to cook. Plenty of beds for everyone. Checkin was east, but we only were given a two hour check in window (4-6pm) if we wanted to be checked in without a lockbox. Checkout was much easier and only have to throw out trash and load dishwasher. The complaints would be cleanliness and the mattresses and location. There was thick dust on the headboards and stains on walls. The water heater makes a loud whistle noise. So does the fireplace. And the ice maker makes a tapping noise (I assume because it was turned off). There wasn’t remotes for the tv in loft, so used remote from other room. And the lake view, you have to go out on balcony to see the lake. Otherwise you are just looking at other condos. The mattresses have dips in them from people sleeping on them. I actually thought it was a sleep number bed because the dints were so deep in the primary suite. Overall, we would stay at these properties again, mainly for the condo layout. But we would bring a swifter.
