Beach access:

Getting to the Beach is quick and easy.....you have 3 options:

* Walk....It's a leisurely 15 minute stroll along shaded paths. You will find a beach cart and wagon, chairs and umbrella in the storage closet outside the front entrance.

* Bike....The same path via bike takes only 5 minutes

* Drive....Drive to the Shipyard Beach Club and park in the Beach Parking lot.

* Be sure to display your Beach Parking Pass during peak season (included with your parking pass, one pass per week)

Parking at the Beach Club is limited during peak season. If the parking lot is full...drive a little further to Port o' Call. Park in the Port o' Call parking lot and take the free shuttle back to the Shipyard Beach Club Beach Access.

Awesome stay in Shipyard

Great 2 bedroom home with lots of space, comfortable furnishings, well equipped kitchen in Shipyard. Convenient to Coligny ( could ride our bikes to all our favorite places). Beautiful grounds and so peaceful. Laura and Steve reached out to ensure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond helping us find Easter brunch. Most amazing guidebook we’ve ever seen. Highly recommend them as hosts and appreciate their help and love this beautiful property.

Beautiful, Quiet and Close to Everything

We stayed at the Beach House in late March and loved everything about it. Decorated great, clean, comfortable and close to everything. We walked to the beach and also rode our bikes and it was quick and easy. If we drove, it was usually a quick ride anywhere we went on the island. The place is spacious and our family of 4 all felt like we had enough space. We loved how quiet it was and it fit our family perfectly that we want to come back. The check in process was fantastic and the owners really wanted us to enjoy the island and communicated everything and things to do very well. They were even available during our stay and would respond quickly if we had any questions. When visiting Hilton Head Island, this is a fantastic place to stay for a long weekend or week long getaway and we feel we have found our go-to spot when we re-visit HHI.

215 Evian was adorable. So pretty inside with colors & furnishings. Close to everything. Owners were very responsive & friendly. We really enjoyed our stay & would stay here again!

We are a Cincinnati family with a love for the Island. We have enjoyed bringing our family to Hilton Head for a number of years, so we decided to create a vacation 'home away from home', at this premier Hilton Head Island location. We did so well with the first condo, we decided to create an even BETTER 'home away from home' at this new location in Shipyard!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this location due to it's proximity to both the beach and inter coastal waterways, Coligny Plaza, Shelter Cove, Sea Pines, South Beach Marina, Harbour Town and the lighthouse. Our villa is easily accessible to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, recreation, leave your car behind, walk everywhere, or rent bikes from one of the many rental options on the island, and enjoy a relaxing stay at our Vacation Villa on Hilton Head Island!

We love this villa for so many reasons! The decor is comfortable and relaxing, the outdoor space is lush and beautiful, Shipyard plantation is spectacular, there's ample space, and best of all NO STAIRS!
