Epic Ski Vacation, Easy Access to Beaver Creek

Come experience the mountains in this Beautiful Condo. This is an apartment complete with full size kitchen and bathroom, cable TV and FREE WIFI. Unit features a beautifully designed Queen size bed which can sleep 2, and a bunk bed that can accommodate comfortably a person each.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, silver ware, knifes and pots and pans, dishes, wine glasses, toaster, blender and microwave. The bathroom has been designed with an over the top large rain shower head and comfy towels. The unit has iron and iron board, hair dryer, 55 inch plasma TV, internet and cable TV.
While staying with us you will receive a clean and safe unit and immediate attention to any issues that may occur while staying with us.
Check in is any time after 4pm and check out is any time before 10am.
How to book this apartment?
You can book a reservation as my calendar is always up to date or send me a message with any inquiries you may have.
How do I pay for this apartment? VRBO collects all fees upfront, this secures your reservation. Also VRBO does not release the funds until after you have checked in.
I paid now what?
Upon completion of your reservation you should go over our rules and check in and check out times. Feel free to email me with any questions or any special request you may have.
Lastly,
When possible please let me know your expected arrival time and let me know if you will be renting a car or taking a taxi.

ABOUT PAYMENT:
Many ask about the price and extra fees and how to pay. When you put in the dates and number of people you will get our total cost.

The deposit of $150 will be returned to you 48 hours after you check out if you leave the place in good condition according to the house rules. So far we have never had to keep any of the deposits.

All the payments are safely made with credit card to VRBO when booking. They hold the money until the day you check in and will then transfer it to us.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings with us are done with the "strict" cancellation policy and all cancellations should be done through VRBO.This being said, if we manage to re-rent the place the nights you have canceled we can give a bigger refund to you than what the strict cancellation policy dictates. The earlier you cancel the bigger the chance that we will find other guests.

GUESS ACCESS
Custom Lock Code will be assigned before check-in. The entire apartment is yours.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
Most of the time I will be there to check you in. I don't ever visit the apartment after that. I love the area and go out often. More than happy to make recommendations and/or assist with transportation, dinner or activity reservations, directions or suggestions. So feel free to ask me my opinion on anything for the valley.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
For any reservations longer than 7 days we require cleaning at the 4th day in which the guest will pay an extra cleaning fee of $100.
