Welcome to Seaside Phinikoudes Flat, a centrally located 2-bedroom residence mere 500 meters from the renowned Phinikoudes Promenade. Positioned on the 5th floor, access is available via stairs or lift for your convenience.

Upon entry, you'll step into an inviting open-plan living space encompassing a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy seating area. The kitchen boasts essential amenities including a microwave, espresso machine, and washing machine, complemented by both a breakfast table and a dining area accommodating up to 4 guests. The living room offers a comfortable couch, a 43” smart TV, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, and a balcony inviting you to soak in the lively ambiance of Larnaca.

Proceeding through a corridor, you'll discover the main bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, alongside two bedrooms, each featuring its own private balcony. The double room provides stunning beach views, while the single room overlooks the vibrant cityscape.

The Phinikoudes promenade, also known as "the palms," serves as an idyllic setting for leisurely activities such as swimming, dining, and shopping. Its expansive Blue Flag beach boasts fine brown-beige sands and tranquil shallow waters, ideal for families.

Lining the promenade are a plethora of dining and refreshment options catering to diverse tastes and budgets, ranging from fast-food establishments and casual eateries to charming cafes and themed restaurants. Along the promenade, an array of cultural attractions awaits, from Europe Square hosting a museum and gallery to the historic Larnaka Medieval Castle and its museum at the strip's terminus. Additionally, along the way, you'll encounter Larnaka Storytelling Statues and various children's activities and entertainment options, ensuring a delightful experience for all ages.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
