Inside, both bedrooms feature double beds, crisp linens, and a soft, neutral palette that creates a calming retreat. The master bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower, while a second bathroom serves guests and other residents—equally well-appointed with clean finishes, sleek fixtures, and fresh towels.

* Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH.
* 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH.
* 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH.

Nice 2 BR apt in Larnaca

The apartment is pretty conveniently located, not far from beach, restaurants, etc. I would have scored higher but the communication with the host was confusing and there were 2 WhatsApp chat threads as well as Vrbo chat during check in process.

We arrived at this filthy apartment, so filthy that we couldn't even use the bathroom or put our stuff down. We came at least an hour after the check-in time and the place was extremely filthy and disorganized. Apparently they hadn't even started cleaning after the previous guests checked out. We spent a lot of money on international calls trying to reach Local Host. We ended up booking another hotel because we couldn't wait the hours it would take to resolve the issue and didn't want to walk around the streets with our heavy suitcases until someone finally answered the phone. When we finally reached a Local Host representative they offered us an embarrassing compensation of extra towels. We were so upset, stressed and exhausted, we didn't end up staying in the apartment and went to a hotel instead. They violated the terms of the deal and have refused to offer us any refund and are now ignoring our messages!

Larnaca is special

A special place. Larnaca is a quiet city and the apartment is really well located to explore the beachside restaurants and easily accessible to museums and art galleries. The tourist information centre is 100 metres up the road and has lots of details for the traveller who is interested in antiquity. Host was a bit tricky to contact at first but once contacted was extremely helpful. The apartment was scrupulously clean and well appointed for a short stay. Car hire downstairs was really convenient and Nico was friendly and helpful, even upgrading our car to a 4-door so we didn’t need to scramble into a 2-door.

Alles okay

Schönes, modernes Appartement wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus allerdings ist alt und abgewohnt. Es wohnen dort halt einheimische Menschen aller Couleur, was ja auch einen gewissen Reiz hat. Die Umgebung ist nichts besonderes, die Hauptstraße hörbar. Die zentrumsnahe Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten von der touristischen Marina entfernt, ist ein großes Plus. Wir haben uns wohlgefĂŒhlt.
