The Space:
The ground floor is a a large 40m2 open plan kitchen and living room with a study area. The back door leads to a similar sized garden. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed and ensuite and one with a double sofa bed . There is a second bathroom across the corridor with a large walk-in shower, toilet and sink vanity area.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the whole apartment including the private garden which is entered from the living room.
We remind guests that we can welcome only registered guests (4 maximum) at the time of booking. No external visitors to the apartment are permitted unless agreed with host prior.
Other Things to Note:
Please note, there are some renovation works happening next door until the end of May, their working day is around 8.45 am to 4pm so there may be some occasional disruption within those hours.
The shower in the en-suite bathroom is currently not working so you will need to use the shower in the main bathroom.
We have sensitive neighbours so please be respectful and keep noise levels down. No parties or events of any kind.
