The space
Our newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment is the perfect stay for those visiting Twyford and the surrounding areas. It has recently been refurbished and newly furnished throughout, including brand-new appliances. It is located on a quiet residential road only a short walk from the local restaurants and shops.

- There is free parking on Station Road, but there are time restrictions.
Brook Street directly opposite the property is a residential road with free parking and no restrictions.
OUT & ABOUT
Twyford has a wonderful mix of well-known coffee shops and supermarkets coupled with local independent treasures to be explored.
- Waitrose & Tesco Express are a 5-minute walk
- Pharmacy & Laundrette are a 5-minute walk
- There are several restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops only a 5-minute walk
Locally there are lots of lovely villages to explore, including Henley-on-Thames, Sonning, and Bray. Reading is only a short drive away too.
I won't be around in person during your stay, however, I have help managing my property, My house is professionally cleaned, and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.
We offer a remote self-check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

Mid-stay cleaning/linen can be organised on request for an additional charge, and is required for longer stays up to 30 days.
We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
