Welcome travelers to our charming 1BR penthouse in the heart of Gzira. This open-plan is full of natural light connecting the living room equipped with a smart TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Also private, is the outdoor terrace, complete with outdoor furniture, amazing for our current weather.

Additionally there's a sofa bed to accommodate one extra guest if needed.

Stay connected with work/friends with high-speed Wi-Fi & keep cool in summer with efficient air conditioning!

Living Spaces| The open-plan space is thoughtfully designed, incorporating a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, creating a versatile and inviting atmosphere.

Outdoor | One of the standout features of this charming penthouse is its spacious private terrace, where you can soak up the Mediterranean sun and savor your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. With ample seating, it's the ideal spot to unwind, dine al fresco, and take in the beautiful surroundings.

Kitchen| The living area seamlessly flows into the fully equipped kitchen, making meal preparation and dining a breeze.

Bedrooms| 1 Bedroom, with a double bed.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| The apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

Gzira's picturesque waterfront, known as The Strand, is a prominent feature. Here, you can enjoy leisurely strolls, picturesque views of the Mediterranean Sea, and numerous cafes and restaurants offering delicious local and international cuisine. It's a lovely spot to savor sunsets and take in the fresh sea breeze.

The town is well-equipped with shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other essential services, ensuring that your everyday needs are easily met. Additionally, a variety of bars and nightlife venues can be found, creating a lively and dynamic atmosphere, particularly along The Strand.

Gzira's central location provides easy access to the neighboring towns of Sliema and Msida, both of which are within walking distance. You can explore the vibrant shopping district in Sliema, relax at the beaches, or take a pleasant stroll along the promenade.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

• Shower gels
• Liquid Soap
• Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
• Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
• Garbage bags
• Linens for the bed
• 2 Towels per person .
