Welcome Travellers! This 2 bedroom apartment situated in a very central part of Malta, very close to the capital city and Sliema front!

The apartment is fully furnished, offering a cosy living space, a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area. Wifi and AC are accessible during the whole stay.

Your apartment is ideally situated for exploring the entire island of Malta. With excellent public transportation links, including buses and ferries, you can easily reach popular destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and St. Julian's. Whether you're a history buff, a beach lover, or a foodie, Msida's central location puts everything within reach.

Msida boasts a local vibe with traditional markets, quaint cafes, and friendly residents. Immerse yourself in Maltese culture by strolling through the streets, stopping at local bakeries for pastizzi (a delicious Maltese pastry), or engaging in conversations with friendly locals.

Don't miss the picturesque Msida Marina, a stunning waterfront area where you can take leisurely walks and enjoy beautiful views of the harbor. It's a serene spot for a morning jog or a romantic evening stroll.

Buses: Malta has an extensive bus network, and Msida is well-connected. The nearest bus stop is just a short walk from your apartment. You can easily catch a bus to Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian's, and other popular destinations. Consider purchasing an Explore Card or a Tallinja Card for cost-effective travel within Malta.

Ferries: Msida is close to the Valletta Waterfront, where you can catch ferries to various locations, including Sliema and the Three Cities. The ferry ride offers scenic views of the harbor and is a pleasant way to travel.

Walking: Msida is a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, so exploring on foot is a great way to discover the local atmosphere. Wander through the charming streets, visit nearby parks, and enjoy the vibrant surroundings.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

• Shower gels
• Liquid Soap
• Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
• Garbage bags
• Linens for the bed
• 2 Towels per person

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
