The villa covers an area of 80 m² and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor there is a space for relaxation and dining, while upstairs there are bedrooms. At the entrance of the house there is a living room with sofa, couch and TV. Its compactness and pleasant atmosphere make it the ideal place to relax in the afternoon or watch a movie in the evening. Downstairs there is a fully equipped modern kitchen and a dining room with 6 chairs. The space is dominated by elements of wood and natural fabrics combined with furniture in neutral colors. There is also a bathroom with shower on the ground floor.

A spiral staircase leads to the 1st floor of the house where there are 2 ensuite bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with double beds, while the neutral and light colors of the walls as well as carefully selected decorations and colors of the furniture make the rooms very pleasant to stay in.

In addition to its pleasant interior, Villa Vin has a beautifully landscaped garden of 400 m². In the middle of the garden is an outdoor swimming pool, which will give you the necessary refreshment in the summer heat, and a high hedge will ensure the desired privacy. There are also 4 deck chairs where you can enjoy the sun. After swimming and sunbathing you will find a covered outdoor terrace with a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals. There is also an outdoor dining table with 6 seats to enjoy meals during the day and a glass of good wine in the evening.
