On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a dining area with a dining table for 6 people. On the 2nd floor there is a living room with a sofa bed, a fireplace and a TV, and a kitchenette equipped with basic utensils and a refrigerator. The living room opens onto a balcony with an unobstructed view of the sea. There is a relaxation area with a couch and coffee table, ideal for morning coffee or evening socializing. The space is dominated by the natural materials of stone, which gives the house freshness in the summer months, and wood, which gives a touch of warmth and a pleasant atmosphere.

On the 1st floor of the house there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. All rooms are air conditioned and there is a private parking for 1 car.
