Our 35m² studio apartment is designed for up to 4 guests and is nestled in Haute-Savoie, right at the base of the Bauges Mountains. A 5-minute drive to Lake Annecy, and you're just 22km from Annecy. • Food and Drinks: Don't miss heading into town for brunch. Our favorites: Le Bar Roux d'Heure and La Bicyclette Rose. Experience cozy decor, home-made brunches, and fresh culinary creations. Both are very popular and don't take reservations, so you might have to wait a bit to get a table.
• Outdoor Activities: Spend a day playing golf at Golf de Giez, while taking in the breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. Enjoy a family picnic with local hiking routes and the chance to spend the day with marmots and chamois. Rent a bike and cycle around Lake Annecy (40 km) with opportunities to take a dip and visit charming nearby villages, such as Talloires.
• Places to See: Another must is a visit to Annecy. This town on the shores of the lake simply exudes charm! The lush surroundings of Golf de Giez, an international golf course, are truly breathtaking.

Fees Upon Arrival:

• A fully-refundable damage deposit of €300 is required
• A daily eco-tax and tourist tax per person (approximately €0.50 to €3 per person), which varies based on your stay dates. Please consult the local municipality for precise rates

Additional Options:

• Rent bed linen on-site for €12/person.
• Have your beds made upon arrival for €10/bed (upon reservation).
• Bathroom linens available for €9/kit/person.
• Enjoy breakfast service for €12/adult and €6/child (12 years old) during high season (8 am - 10:30 am).
• Serenity Packs: Simplify your stay with serenity packs, including bathroom linens, and end-of-stay cleaning, available for €135 (unit for 4/5), €235 (unit for 8), and €260 (unit for 10/12), depending on your unit's size.
• Cleaning Kit: €3.90/kit.
• Bring your furry friends for €10/day or €46/week (please let us know in advance).
• Baby beds are €6/day or €26/week, and baby chairs are €2/day or €9/week.
• Access the sauna for €12/session (reservation required).

Facilities:

• Complimentary on-site outdoor parking (subject to availability) for your convenience.
• Outdoor pool from May to September, and access our indoor pool year-round.

Important Notes:

• A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated. Layout, decor, furniture, and view may vary.
• Units must be cleaned before departure or request end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen) for €40 to €150. A fee of €60 to €210 applies if not cleaned or booked.
