The beautiful pool area, shared with the guests of the other housing units, is completely surrounded by lawn and has one hectare of centuries-old olive trees, typical of this area. The splendid 50 m swimming pool with chlorine treatment is furnished with sun loungers, hammocks, and relaxation armchairs to ensure comfort for all guests.

The electric gate ensures a comfortable entrance to the estate which offers ample private parking.
With its independent entrance and its outdoor area equipped with a comfortable sofa and a barbecue corner, it is the ideal solution for spending serene days in relaxation.
