Other People are living in same building, no loud music please. - Please be mindful and respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to the minimum between 10pm and 8am. Parties or gatherings are not permitted due to this being a quiet residential area.
- Please ensure that you check out at the correct check out time, delays in checking out can cause substantial delays with the cleaning schedule and can have an impact on guests checking in on that date at any of our properties. If issues arise due to late check out then a fee will be charged to compensative the cleaners time and guests that have been unable to check in on time.
- Please keep the keys safe as we charge £150 for lost keys.
- Please ensure upon your check out that you do not leave rubbish in the property or left in the garden. We request that you dispose of your own rubbish and sort these into the correct recycling bins provided at the property. If we have to book a waste collection for rubbish left at the property or for bins not collected by the council due to incorrect sorting of rubbish items we you will be charge for a waste collection which is typically £150 depending on the amount of waste collected.
- Please ensure that the heating is turned off as utility bills are especially high at the moment and it has impact on the environment

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
