In the property, the owner farms "as once" vegetables and produces himself olive oil. This house is ideal for those seeking peace and love nature. You can arrive at the property along 1 km of road unpaved but easy to go. Just a few minutes by car you can find the beautiful sandy beaches of Biodola, Scaglieri and Forno: here there are some bars, pizzerias and restaurants; rent boats, diving center and windsurf school. In Portoferraio at about 4 km, there are all the services you need, such as supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, hospital.
