Welcome to this extraordinary holiday house on the West Coast in a lovely archipelago environment! A holiday house with high ceilings on Stillingsön, located on the West Coast's green island of Orust. Here you live like in a summer postcard with untouched and quiet surroundings where the sea is never far away. The accommodation is close to many attractions and activities in Bohuslän. The house has fantastic possibilities for a relaxing or fast-paced holiday, you choose.

The house has room for 12 people and is suitable for the larger group or why not go with two families. Here you can bring your pet with you! The sleeping places are distributed over four bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and a sleeping loft in an adjacent building. All accommodation is insulated for winter. The bathrooms are of a high standard with shower and WC. There is also a sauna where you can enjoy relaxing long sauna baths to maximize the holiday feeling!

The accommodation with its large open areas, the ceiling height with large glass sections invites to a wonderful social interaction. Sitting in front of the fire while enjoying the spectacle over the fjord is magical. The fantastic view of the fjord can be seen from the kitchen, the living room and the upstairs indoor terrace. From the living room you have direct access to the well-proportioned glazed terrace. On the terrace you can sit and enjoy while grilling something delicious. The breathtaking view together with something good in the glass on a warm summer evening is fantastically calming and inspiring with everything that nature and the sea can offer at its best.

To see and do on Stillingsön and the surrounding area
From your house, you are close to the sea for salty swimming and exciting fishing excursions. It is about 16 km to the nearest town, Stenungssund, which has a mall for those who want to go shopping and there are also several cozy cafes. On the West Coast there are many holiday treasures to discover! Tips for fishing communities to visit are Kärringön, Fjällbacka and Grebbestad, which all offer a peculiar beauty and characterize Bohuslän's unique and bare nature. For a slightly longer excursion, you can take the car about 1 hour down towards Kungälv and Bohus fortress. Several different events are organized here during the year and is a place with a unique history and magnificent architecture! Here there is room for learning, lots of play and also eating and socializing. For further adventure, you have approx. 65 km to Gothenburg, which is a coastal city with a wide range of entertainment, activities and culture.
