About the property
Nestled in the thriving village of Dulverton, Leatside Cottage is a carefully designed holiday home with delightful character and charm. This cosy abode features a relaxing living space with a gas-effect wood burner, two beautiful bedrooms and an enclosed garden for alfresco dining. Many of Dulverton's shops, pubs and restaurants, plus an abundance of scenic trails are just a short walk away, while the location is fantastic for exploring Dunster, Tiverton and Somerset.
The space
Step inside this quaint cottage and into the light and spacious porch/sunroom. After a day of exploring, slip off your boots and nestle into the comfortable armchairs with your favourite book in-hand.
As you venture further into the property you will greet a cosy lounge/dining room, which is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The room is decorated with warmth and comfort in mind with its gas-effect wood burner, nature-inspired décor and two sumptuous sofas.
Relax fireside with your favourite movie on the Smart TV or simply enjoy an evening of chatter with your nearest and dearest. Meanwhile, the four-seater dining table is the perfect place to gather for delicious meals or plan your next adventure.
To prepare your feasts, head into the country-style kitchen where you will find all you need to self-cater with ease including an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, an air fryer and a toaster.
The ground floor is complete with a utility room comprising a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a separate WC.
On the first floor, there are two beautifully decorated bedrooms featuring gorgeous antiques, calming colour tones and soft linen sheets. There is a king-size bedroom and a double bedroom, plus a shared bathroom with a walk in shower.
Outside, there is a perfectly manicured front garden, fully enclosed for your four-legged friends to explore. When the sun is shining, gather around the rattan dining table to enjoy a crisp glass of wine or delicious alfresco meals.

Keep in mind
Please note, large vehicles may struggle to get over the bridge to the property. Alternatively, there is on-road parking within 10 yards of the cottage or a carpark 2 minutes away with its own charges.
Dog leads, treats and towels are provided at the cottage.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.
Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive the requirement.
Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
