Villa Sila - located off the D400 above Kalkan, this beautiful 2 bedroomed villa with views across the mountains offers a fantastic holiday destination for four, be it family or friends.

Entrance is via a gated parking area and down three steps leading onto the terrace that surrounds the property.

As you enter the property, there is a bathroom on the left with a combination shower - rainforest and standard shower heads, toilet and sink. Next door is the first of the two bedrooms, this is a twin bedded room with windows to the rear of the property and has a wardrobe and a makeup table and mirror
Going further down the corridor, you arrive to the second bedroom with a wardrobe, makeup table and mirror, which is en-suite with a combination shower - rainforest and standard shower heads, toilet and sink.

On the right of the corridor is the door into the beautiful open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The fully fitted kitchen with a water dispenser and a sliding patio door that leads out to the outside terrace where there is a brick built BBQ with a counter area nearby, a table and four chairs are there making it an ideal place to sit and eat outside undercover. The lounge area is completed with sofas and a TV, with fabulous views of the mountains through the sliding patio doors leading out to the terrace and pool area.

There are sun loungers and a swing seat around the pool area, with a parasol for cover. You will notice the pool and the Turkish raised seating area - Köşk, at the end which provides an ideal location to sit and read, relax and enjoy the natural sounds of nature during the day or in the evening when the sun is set.

Natural wood has been used for many of the fixtures and fittings within the property. Here you can sit back, relax and let the stresses and strains of everyday life pass you by as you immerse yourself and listen to the sounds of nature that surrounds the property.

There are three steps down from the parking area into the property and screens are provided for privacy, making this an ideal holiday property for our more conservative guests

Located 4/1 km, a 7-minute drive away from the centre of Kalkan (Taxi Rank).

4.5 km to the beautiful Kalkan Beach and Harbour - an 8-minute drive.

Kalkan - with its wonderful shops and plentiful restaurants, some with roof terraces and some that are tucked away in the side streets. Bookings for restaurants is essential if you want that particular restaurant on that particular night, especially in July, August and September.

The Beach and Harbour where boat trips regularly leave for both daytime and sunset cruises, advanced booking is essential especially during the months of July, August and September.

There are numerous Beach Clubs, the majority with boats that will take you from the harbour to their club, some with water sports, and some with a swimming pool, we even have a beach club that has film nights and yoga sessions for your enjoyment. Advanced bookings are essential, especially during the months of July, August and September.

We can help you with all your transfers, trips and other bookings that you require - bookings for restaurants, boats and beach clubs is obviously dependent upon their availability.

There is a £40 charge for guests arriving after 8pm, unless they are being collected by our airport transfer service, this to be paid in advance of arrival at the property.
