Villa Delos is a beautiful modern villa with a welcoming feel, perfect for a holiday in the sun. Whether you are travelling as a family or a group of friends, this stylish property puts you in the perfect spot for soaking in Cyprus’s 300 days a year of sunshine and the breath-taking views of the south-east coast. Located close to the heart of Protaras, the villa is within an easy walking distance of the beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and other amenities, so once you have arrived you can simply relax!

The villa's ground floor features a vast open-plan living space. The front door opens straight into this bright and airy room, with instant views of the glistening swimming pool, sunny terrace and sparkling sea views beyond. With the kitchen, dining area and lounge all in one space, the villa feels particularly social; you can even slide open the terrace doors, expanding this social living space out into the sunshine. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, designed with all the appliances and features you need to prepare some tasty holiday dishes. The dining table has room to seat eight guests and there is another large table out on the terrace if you prefer to dine al-fresco! The living room has a large corner sofa, sectioning off this cosy aspect of the room, making it feel more intimate as you curl up to watch a movie. With views of the pool, this is the perfect spot to read your book when the sun gets too much, a refreshing interlude during poolside days.

There is one double bedroom on the ground floor, with the remaining three bedrooms upstairs. The master suite boasts its own modern bathroom, with an elegant balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee gazing out on the picturesque surroundings. The other bedrooms include a twin and a double room, both with access to balconies and both of which share a fabulous family bathroom with a luxury Jacuzzi bath.

Outside, the sunny garden and spacious pool terrace provide plenty of space to enjoy long days in the sun. There is a barbecue and small outdoor cooking space, with a large table where you can all gather together, celebrating the chance to enjoy quality time together. There is also a gate leading you to the pathway that will take you right down to the beach!

Villa Delos is located less than a 10-minute walk from the main Protaras strip with a vast array of restaurants, bars and beaches all just at your fingertips! Protaras is a tranquil beach resort with stunning Venetian architecture and pretty pastel-coloured houses lining each street. The charming culture of this seaside town makes ambling the cobbled streets a joy, stumbling across handcrafted souvenirs and delicious local eateries!

The famous Fig Tree Bay beach is within a short walk of the villa’s front door, along with a selection of other beautiful beaches. With its lone fig tree, golden sandy shores and calm, crystal-clear waters this family-friendly beach is perfect for your holiday beach days. You can relax on the beach reading your favourite book or have a go at some of the adrenaline-fuelled water sports like sea kayaking, parasailing and jet skiing on offer. There is also an island you can swim out to, a fun adventure for your whole group to do together. The beaches boardwalk allows you to walk along the beach with ease, soaking in the beautiful setting and holiday atmosphere.

A little further along the coast, you will find the protected nature park area of Cape Greco is a must-visit during your stay! The Cape offers fabulous snorkelling and scuba diving, perfect for those who want to explore beneath the sea's surface. On land, the nature park has pine-tree lined forest trails with spectacular nature that you can enjoy on foot, by bike or on horseback, choosing your favourite and heading into the trees to explore.

A short drive away you will find yourself in the popular town of Ayia Napa. Famous for its picturesque Venetian-era Ayia Napa Monastery, which stands in the central square and is surrounded by bustling bars and clubs. With fabulous harbour front restaurants and a lively nightlife, Ayia Napa is perfect when you want a break from the tranquillity and kids will adore the large water park. Ayia Napa draws all kinds of visitors from groups of younger people looking to enjoy the nightlife to families looking to enjoy the waterparks and culture; there is something for everyone.
