Security deposit?
A £300/€300 deposit will be taken in resort to secure against any damages

Arrival time?
Check in is from 14:00 onwards

Departure time?
Check out is 11:00 or earlier

Energy costs included?
Yes, included in the rental price

Linen & towels included?
Linen, pestamel wraps and towels are included in the rental price. The linen & towels are changed at twice a week (including arrival/ departure day)

End of stay cleaning included?
Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same

condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Internet access?
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.

Minimum stay?
5 nights. All other durations on request.

Pool opening dates?
The pool & whirlpool are not operational in winter months, November-1st April. There is also no mid week clean during this time.

Please note that on occasions, in Turkey, extremes in weather can cause water and/ or electric supply to be cut or reduced. Services are normally restored as soon as possible.

In Turkey the plumbing system is not designed to have paper and sanitary items flushed down the lavatory. In these cases, a bathroom bin is provided.

Insurance?
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.The owner does not accept any liablility for injuries or damages to your belongings during your stay.
