Belle villa privée située dans le parc clos de mur. Privé voyage propriétaires de yacht inclus si les propriétaires sont en Turquie à l'époque.(Habituellement, tout au long de l'été) portes en fer forgé et lampes d'autocars. Belle grande piscine, idéal pour tous les âges avec entrée doucement intensifié. 6 villa de chambre peut accueillir 13 confortablement. Spacieuse et pleine de lumière. Çamdibi Mahallesi, «zone des pins» est un quartier résidentiel de Marmaris, au pied des montagnes couvertes de pins. La villa et le terrain ont été entièrement rénové. Les jardins, limitant les murs et les portes en fer forgé sont ornés de raisins portant vignes, de bougainvilliers, lauriers roses, hisbiscus, roses, jasmin, chèvrefeuille, banane, mandarine, figue, fruit nouveau monde, d'olive, d'amande et de citronniers, d'arbres de yucca et de palmiers égyptiens . La villa et le terrain ont été entièrement rénové avec des lampes en autocar autour de la propriété entre 7 et 2h du matin. Il ya 7 unités de climatisation qui ont été installés dans la propriété. Électrique et de l'eau facturé au taux de conseil.

Relaxing family holiday

Great house with 6 bedrooms so everyone had plenty of space. Great pool with plenty beds for sunbathing, relaxing break not fighting for space by the pool etc.We arrived after midnight but Ozgur met us at the property and couldn’t do enough for us, constantly available for anything we needed and helped with everything we needed.Colin was a great host and contacted me pre arrival to explain everything and met us whilst we were there. Very quiet residential area which was perfect for us and only a short walk from anywhere we needed.

The villa was beautiful with 6 bedrooms was very clean and lots of room with everything you needed. There was a problem with air con in 2 of the bedrooms but Colin the host had left a few fans in the room to compensate for this. The pool area was large with plenty of sunbeds and was spotless with beautiful trees surrounding the pool and it was cleaned every evening.The villa was in a quiet area within 5 to 6 mins walk to a few supermarkets. The local bus takes you into the centre of Marmaris every 15 minutes up to midnight and it was 80p.Colin the host was more than helpful from the booking process to leaving a few essentials in the fridge for us. He organised trips and taxis for us and always at hand if we needed anything.Would have no hesitation in rebooking this villa

great holiday, but not a "luxurious villa"

pool was great but we had lots of issues. on day 1 we were shouted at by abusive neighbour next door and visited by the local police cause the neighbour suspects the owner is running an illegal business- this ruined our first day / there were no parasols for first 3 days / a filthy dirty swing chair which was recovered for us on day 3 / aircon unit in one bedroom did not work at all for first 5 days and two boys needed to sleep on settee in lounge / a second aircon unit broke and made horrific noise all night on day 4 and the baby who was in that room had to sleep elsewhere for 2 nights until it was fixed / the owner visited regularly and was always full of excuses. / he said that he got our leaving date wrong and therefore did not turn up to talk to us or see that the villa was left in excellent condition. there have been lots of emails between us since our return but nothing has been resolved.

Fantastic family villa

We were a party of 8 adults, 2 children and 2 infants. From our arrival in Dalaman we were very well looked after. The owners organised a 12 seater VIP mini bus to collect us and on arrival we were greater by Oz the housekeeper who welcomed us to the villa and explained all the necessaries. The villa was large and spacious with fantastic amenities and very clean. The outside grounds and pool amazing (the kids were in it all day). The large veranda was spacious enough for all to sit round and relax and take in the ambience of the villa. The owners were extremely helpful during the booking process and during our stay. They advised on local facilities such as supermarkets and the Sunday market, helped with the booking of trips and advised us of the best restaurants (giving us tips and useful phrases!!). The housekeeper Oz was a god send!! He helped us order takeaways, booked taxis (there was a taxi driver that lived across the road which was very handy!), brought us bread in the mornings and was a general translator when we needed assistance. He was a really nice guy and generally helped make our stay hassle free. We have stayed in villas in different countries (3 Portuguese, Florida, Tuscany) and I can say that this was of the highest standard. I would definitely recommend this villa and will hopefully return again sometime.

Absolutely wonderful. A Little bit of Heaven !!!!!

“A Little bit of Heaven with Oz Included !!!!” 5 of 5 starsReviewed 6 days ago for a stay in August 2014 NEW We were six adults and 3 teenagers staying at The Bougainvillea with my daughter and her partner and children. We arrived late at night and when we pulled up outside, the villa was lit up and looked stunning. A minibus had been sent to pick us up at Dalaman ~Airport as promised...excellent service. The owners had thought of everything and Oz who managed the villa was an absolute gem (in my daughter's words) 'everyone must have an Oz'. . There was nothing that he would not do for you and you could text him at any time of day. He was there to personally greet you and made you feel welcome straight away. There was nothing left to chance in this accommodation, literally everything you needed was there. Spotlessly clean beautiful marble staircases and lovely bedrooms. The swimming pool is outstanding and just as big as some of the hotels, plenty of room for a big family to really enjoy their swims and play. A little walk to the beautiful harbour and bustling life, but well worth being a little walk away, for the wonderful peace and quiet by night. So much to do in Marmaris people are wonderful and even one of the residents nearby gave us his laptop to check if the video that was taken of my grandaughter scuba diving was OK before we brought it home. One of the best holidays ever. Grateful thanks to the owners for thinking of all the little touches and to Oz for making an absolutely wonderful two weeks.

Another wonderful relaxing holiday.

Arrived on the 28th July for our third visit at this superb villa. Having previously travelled in and out of Dalaman airport, we elected to take the early flight from Gatwick to Rhodes and cross on the ferry. The early morning flight reaches Rhodes around lunch time and a 15euro taxi ride will get you to the port long before the 5pm ferry departure. This allows you to get to the villa late afternoon/early evening and enjoy one more relaxed evening in Marmaris. The villa, as usual, was clean and ready and once again we were greeted by Ozge. He acts as a maintenance main come concierge, sorting any minor issues in the villa, arranging taxis, advising on places to eat and go and exchanges money at rates far better than the UK. Every villa needs an Ozge. Colin and Christine, who were both in Marmaris, visited and were equally welcoming and friendly, offering a British review of the resort. The villa is extremely well appointed and beautifully decorated, the flooring has been replaced and a wonderful new kitchen has been installed since our last visit. The pool is great, large enough that even with 5 teenagers in it, there is space for all to relax and the gardens offer both sun and shade from sun up to sun down. As a group we cannot recommend the villa highly enough and have already booked to return next August.

The perfect holiday

We were a group of 13 ages between 21-23. From the moment we arrived in Dalaman Airport we were met by a private minibus which took us straight to the villa. On arrival we were greeted by the 2 owners and the lovely Turkish man who looked after the villa for them (he would visit daily to check everything is okay and he speaks very good English). All 3 were extremely smiley and chatty and seemed genuinely happy to see us - they all recommended things to do and places to eat which was perfect. Also as the owners were in Marmaris at the time, they offered to take us out on their private yacht for a day which was by far the best part of the holiday - they were so accommodating especially as we were a large group of graduates! The villa itself is beautiful - a large pool with plenty of sunbeds was just ideal. Every room was air conditioned, all necessary cooking equipment was provided and there was also a BBQ and large outdoor dining table for that night you want to cook yourself. It is situated only a 5 minute walk from a supermarket where you will find everything you need, and only 20/25 mins to the beach (if this is too long then taxis are extremely cheap)! I would highly recommend this property and this area in Turkey in particular. The people are extremely friendly and the level of service you receive in restaurants etc. is unprecedented. Thank you very much Colin and Christine for a wonderful holiday!

AMAZING Villa

This villa really is amazing, from stepping of the plane we were met by the villa chauffeur who took us to his new 12 seater Mercedes mini bus, we really did feel special. Then from arriving at the villa we were greeted by Oscar the property manger who showed us around. We arrived late at night so all the pool and fill was all lit up and looked so lovely, we couldn't get over the size of the pool. Everything we needed was in the villa and if not we would just call Oscar who would sort it from trips to kebabs, wine anything I can't stress enough how helpful he is and he really made this holiday easy. The villa is in Perfect location only 10 mins walk from local bars and shops and the big supermarket is just round the corner a 2 minute walk. We have been to other villas but this really is something else.

Great family villa.

We were a group of 3 families. 6 adults 7 kids so filled the villa to full occupancy - there was still no shortage of space. The villa itself is about a 10-15 minute walk (with buggies) to Marmaris centre so great location. Ozge is great, helps you with anything you need and answers and questions you may have. He keeps the pool and outdoor area spotless. He even managed to get a birthday cake at short notice for our arrival. Christine and Colin were great help in the run up to our holiday, answering any questions. They even helped us out with moving the change over day to suit our flights from Scotland. Overall- fab time and if we go back to Marmaris we wouldn't choose anywhere else. Thanks again Milne party.

Absolutely perfect !!!

Perfect villa perfect location. We don't want to leave . Our every need had been taken care of by oz the property manager. Just spent an idyllic day on the owner Colin's yacht . The pool is spotless as oz cleans it twice a day . It's very easy to get from the villa to Marmaris. I repeat its perfect in every way . Both the property manager and the owner can't do enough to make your holiday everything you want . We will be back !!

Great holiday with a great housekeeper!

We were in the villa with a group of 11 young people, we had the best time ever! The villa is amazing and the pool is even more priceless, Oz, the Housekeeper was there for us when we needed anything, our friend got an epileptic attack and Oz was immediately there too arrange the hospitle en take care of my friend, that was a big plus, also he called the food service many times for us, thank you for that! When we arrived at Dalaman there was a transfer (13 persons car), that drove us too our villa at the cost of 65 euros (130 retour), this was great. Josh came by the villa to show us all the excursions of Marmaris, we took a boat trip, massage and went diving, big plus! On the 3rd day of our holiday we went swimming by night with a few people and someone called the police, so don't do that, the neighbours are working this period of the year. If you want to party, you can party inside the house (with airco everywhere), it is nice and the room is sound-proof. We had a great holiday, thank you Colin, Oz and Christine!

Beautiful, Idyllic and Relaxing

The Villa was a perfect place to spend ALL DAY ...... plenty of shade and plenty of sunbathing areas around the garden. The 4 children we had in our party were in the pool all day which was very relaxing for the parents too. It is a 5 minute walk to a 'Tesco' called Kipa and bakery .... It is about 5 - 7 minute drive from restaurants and bar and the marina which is also beautiful.

Fabulous Property

We stayed here in Summer 2014 , 6 adults and 3 teenagers and had an absolutely wonderful time . The villa exceeded our expectations on so many levels , it was spotlessly clean , the pool was fabulous and Ozge the property manager made sure our stay was as enjoyable as it could be. I would recommend it to anyone and will definitely be returning.

The Best!!

Where do I start?!... Well, we were a group of 8, two families, 4 adults, 3 children and one baby. Our inbound flight was quite late so it was dark upon our arrival. Despite this when we reached the villa it took our breath away!! The pool area was well lit and the size was surprising. The pictures do not do it justice. Oz, the housekeeper was waiting for us. He gave us a brief run down of where things were, how things worked etc etc he kept it to a minimum due to the time and tired children, but left his number which he is available on 24/7. He informed us he'd be back in the morning and would answer any questions/help with anything and everything once we got a few hours sleep in. True to his word he came the following morning. He came every morning and evening to carry out pool maintenance, water the plants/flowers (which were beautiful) and generally help and advise in any way he could. He was a star and made our stay run with ease. He is able to ring taxis, takeaways, arrange for reps to meet with you for activities/excursions. This man did everything. Nothing was any trouble. The Villa itself is stunning. More than enough room to accommodate us. The kitchen is perfect and had all the essential utensils and appliances. We were also provided with bottled water and fresh milk. Perfect. All the bedrooms were spacious and again had the essentials... air con. That was a god send. The air con is in every room and I'm pretty sure each one of us appreciated it. There was a cot in one of the top floor bedrooms but if needed there was a travel cot available too. Oz sorted one out no problem. The pool is amazing, its soooo big. Perfect, the kids (both big and small) were in it at every opportunity. Hours and hours of entertainment. And clean!! The pool was spotless and maintained everyday throughout our stay. Overall I'd say our stay was the best we've ever had. This was our first villa holiday and it certainly wont be the last. I'm a convert, I doubt ill ever stay in a hotel again. Hopefully we'll be back next year. Budget and diary permitting, we may even try and sneak a week in later this year. It was a thoroughly enjoyable break and everyone involved made our stay run with ease. The owners, Colin and Christine are also stars and answered all sorts of questions leading up to our departure. Replies always swift and thorough. I cant fault one thing. Loved it x

Lovedd it

Just Landed back in London yesterday and missing the villa already :(. Made the holiday better because we had our own house which seemed rare compared to others and much better than the hotels we would have got for the same price. It had free wifi and all the utensils you would normally need. The only thing we didn't get was the mid week cleaner told but for us wasn't that necessary. The villa also had a great housekeeper Oz!! He made our lives a lot easier, very helpful and always checked in on us. You get to do so much more for your money in Marmaris and definitely if you have pounds change your money when you get there! Their exchange rate was 3.41 TL compared to the post office which was only 3.2 TL which was one of the highest rates at home.

Fantastic

We arrived at dalaman airport late Saturday night where there was a man with a sign with our name on it there was a fine size mini bus for us all we arrived at the villa and met oze he had shopping in for us like we asked for the villa was beautiful big rooms pool was fantastic kids in everyday oze was fantastic he helped with everything we needed he got us in to a hotel for the day before we went home he was amazing a big thank you to Colin and Christine on help with the booking you were fantastic such a shame we never got to meet the owners if I'm ever back in turkey again the villa will be the place we go back to it was a fantastic holiday and staying in the villa was so much better than booking a hotel you had your own space to do as you please, hope to return,

Wonderful vacation

Dear readers, We are a Dutch group of students of 13 people, boys and girls in the age around 18 years old and stayed in Bourgainvillae for 11 days, (this June and July 2013). We would like to recommend it to other groups because we have had the vacation of our dreams. The villa was wonderful: a private pool, about 2 minutes walking to a large supermarket (Kippa) and Turkish Bakery. It is located about 15 minutes walking to Bar Street, Marmaris' town centre, but we often took a taxi (which is very affordable). The housekeeper called Oz is a very kind, and extremely helpful person, with whom we had a lot of fun. For example he arranged taxis, a visit of a company that organizes trips to Bath Houses, Quad safari’s etcetera, a football match (against a local Turkish team) and a lot more! The villa and neighbourhood are a very flowery, beautiful and safe environment. The only minor issue we had, was our noise pollution after a warning we kept it down. As a warning: the tiles around the pool can get a little slippery. The villa itself is perfectly clean (once a week a cleaning lady comes over), the pool was fantastic and especially the shade we had during the day at our terrace is very nice. It is super suitable for large groups and is surely big enough to house 13 people. A summary: wonderful house (and all it's belongings), in a good location, priced fairly. Perfect villa

Arrived and greeted by Oz villa manager, what a god send. Villa beautiful clean, spacious with a fantastic pool. Dolmus buses in walking distance as were shops and bakery. Colin and Christine villa owners, thanks for all their help amazing. Would recommend Marmaris and Bougainvillea villa to anybody stunning place.

Amazing and Affordable

We come to this lovley villa every year and last stayed here in may 2013 again it was lovely and did not dissapoint. The villa is gorgeous inside and out. When you arive its stunning with all the lovely flowers and the massive pool you feel in luxury. Its a short walk to the centre which is full of lovely restaurants and bars and there is something for everyone. Just around the corner is a supermarket aswel for everything you need.

Amazing luxury Villa

When we arrived at the villa late at night it just took our breath away, from opening the iron gates and seeing the pool all lit up, It really was beautiful. We couldnt wait to get inside and it didnt dissapoint the villa itself was very modern,clean and really spacious and comfortably fit all 13 of us. It had everything we needed and more. towels,wifi,ironing board (not that i like to do much ironing) all the kitchen utensils. Outside the POOL is massive which we couldnt get the children out of, theres a nice spacious area on the veranda to all sit around and great for the nights we wanted to chill and have a BBQ. The villa is in a perfect location just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants and just around the corner is a teso. This really is a luxury villa and we have booked to go again this year in september.

Great Place to stay Villa Bougainvillea Marmaris

This is a Great Villa lots of space and very clean. We had 2 familys staying together and we all had a great time, The Villa has everything you need for a self catering holiday and more, although the supermarket is a short taxi ride away. (15 lira) Lee will organise the taxi to take you and pick you up. The cleaner comes once a week and Lee (the manager) visit early everyday and checks the pool area, Although we had no problems Lee is on hand and can answer any questions you may want to know. (we text him) We booked our trips and if you mention Lee they give you a discount. There are alot of place to eat locally and the people are very friendly. We have visited Marmaris before and stayed in Hotels, (But will not be doing that again after staying in this villa,) they only thing I would say is the Villa is slightly out of the main area although this is not a problem taxi only cost 20 lira to get back also the bus service runs every 15-20 minutes for 1lira.75 which is quick and easy to use. If you dont like paying for lots of people to use the bus or taxi go have a drink in the Havana bar part of the Club Atrium where they offer a free shuttle service, which we used once or twice, I would recommend this Villa to anyone who likes to spend time around the pool and likes it nice and quiet during the day, we went out in the evenings to eat and the teenagers went out and enjoyed the night life.. The villa is the ideal place for a great family holiday with people of all ages we had a 6 year old with us and teenagers and everyone had a fab time. Colin is very helpful when dealing with equiries he answeres all question promptly and truthfully. If your thinking of booking... do it ....you will have a great time we did. I am sure we will be going back again.

Top Class

This is my second time in Marmaris and the only thing I didn't like about the place was the hotel. This time there were nine of us going ranging from 6 years old to 65 which in any comfortable hotel would of cost a mint. We were picked up from the airport by the transport arranged by Colin which for us was a brand new Mercedes luxury mini bus. As soon as we arrived at the villa we all knew we had mad the right choice. The whole villa was sparkling clean and with food and drink already in place for us, we felt at home immediately. All six bedrooms were immaculate and the three with balconies added to the feeling of luxury as well as comfort. The kitchen has a huge fridge freezer and enough plates and cutlery to feed an army. The whole place made you feel at home and the decor throughout the place only added to what can only be described as surly the best villa in Marmaris. The swimming pool has got to be the best feature of the whole place. It is surrounded by plants and flowers of all types and it was used from dawn to dusk ( and beyond) by the whole party. The location was perfect for us, ten minutes walk from the shopping centre, two minutes walk to a 24hr bakery which served every type of bread and cakes you can imagine, ( the bread is sometimes to hot to pick up .....talk about fresh). Just across the way from the villa lives a taxi driver who was only to happy to drive you anywhere, he was a wonderful man and it felt as if we had our own chauffer. We had the great pleasure in meeting both Colin and Christine when we were there and they made us feel very welcome. This place easily gets a five star rating not only from me but from all the party that was with me, we only wish this site had a six star rating for un-beatable value. Before I picked this villa I spent days looking at most of the villa’s and hotels in Marmaris and practically every villa or hotel had people praising it and at the same time people complaining about the same place. This Villa has only had top points and will keep getting them for year to come and I myself will most defiantly be coming back to the Villa Bougainvillea very soon.
