Une fabuleuse villa de 3 chambres située dans le quartier résidentiel le plus beau et tranquille de Kalkan. En plus des 3 chambres, il y a une chambre avec canapé, 2 salles de bains, une cuisine américaine et un salon avec une vue panoramique imprenable sur la mer. L'extérieur offre une belle salle à manger, un patio ensoleillé parfait pour les bains de soleil et une piscine à débordement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. L'établissement propose des produits blancs, une télévision avec chaînes numériques, un lecteur DVD avec un port USB, un lecteur MP3, une connexion Wi-Fi et une caméra de surveillance extérieure.
Cuisine entièrement équipée pour cuisiner à la maison et chambres magnifiquement conçues avec un beau balcon parfait pour admirer le ciel nocturne.

From the moment we arrived we were utterly spoilt. The Villa is wonderful with a view that is exquisite, great location, beautiful welcome pack and the most helpful, kind & generous host. Oydin thank you for everything, we will be back.

Superb accommodation & hospitality

We had a lovely time at Villa Mavi Deniz. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. Beautiful pool and views, with plenty of sun around the pool and bedroom balcony. The owner, Oydin, was extremely helpful both before and during our stay, giving us plenty of recommendations regarding places/restaurants to visit. A short but steep walk to Kalamar Bay and a 30 minute walk into Kalkan (we taxied back -£3). Would definitely recommend staying here. We loved it.

Our Time in Mavi Deniz

The villa was beautiful and we were supplied with a really thoughtful welcome pack. The infinity pool was stunning and the views from outside were breathtaking. A short walk away to a great supermarket and some lovely places to eat, particularly Cafe Vita, really near to Kalkan town too, approximately a 25 min walk. Oydin was unbelievably helpful and could not have been kinder. We've stayed in Kalkan quite a few times and found this location the most tranquil. Thanks again Claire and family

Fabulous Villa and Host

Oydin was an exceptional host and could not do enough to make our stay wonderful, from the brilliant communication before arriving at the villa and the help with booking transportation from the airport to the Villa, was simple and stress free On arrival we were greeted in person by Oydin, the fridge was full of food to see us through our first day. Oydin also bought us a beautiful bunch of flowers to make us feel at home During our stay Oydin was always on hand when needed and kindly took us shopping for our initial grocery shop, and gave us a tour of Kalkan, showing us all the best places to eat Oydin took us to Fethiye, the beach and took us on a boat trip which were all equally amazing I cannot Thank Oydin for making our stay so special and we would definitely recommend Kalkan and Mavi Deniz Villa to all The Villa was spotless, it was well equipped with everything you would need, the view was amazing, the service brilliant, I cannot fault anything at all We will be back soon as it truly was a fabulous holiday, staying in a really lovely Villa Thank you Oydin for making our trip to Kalkan so special and memorable

Great location

We have just returned from a fabulous 10 days at villa Mavi Deniz-A great villa that I would definitely return to. Visited Kalkan 3 times now but first time staying in Kalamar . It is a lovely quiet area . The villa is a few minutes walk from Kalamar beach club which is great and we visited a few times . Only a few minutes walk up to the top road which has plenty of bars , cafes and restaurants. Our favourites were cafe Vita and Yelken. Takes about 30 minutes to walk into wonderful kalkan or a taxi only costs 20 TL. The villa is clean, well equipped and has fantastic views- especially from the main bedroom balcony . The pool is great - also with super views and is well maintained. Oydin can not do enough to ensure that her guests are happy and is easy and helpful to communicate with . Thank you Oydin for a wonderful holiday .

Amazing Kalkan villa

Stunning villa with excellent views of the Kalkan Bay. From the functional - everything works, nothing falls off! Air conditioning in every room, washing machine, dishwasher. The hostess left everything you need, including washing gel and tablets for dishes. A trifle, but incredibly useful and many thanks for such attention. Upon arrival, the kitchen had drinking water and everything you need! Everything in the villa is spotlessly clean. Great pool. When we lived, the neighbors were on the one hand, but this does not particularly affect the peace and quiet. Incredibly beautiful sunsets. Two excellent beach clubs are within easy reach. Restaurants and shops are plentiful too! Oydin is always in touch, always helps and prompts. Internet in the house worthy! Great villa! We'll come again!

We had a fantastic 12 nights at Mavi Deniz, Oydin was a fabulous hostess treating us to a welcome breakfast in a mountain restaurant & then driving us to the local supermarket to stock up on arrival & being available throughout the holiday for advice & help. The views are stunning & the villa fully equipped with all you need, the pool is perfect & deceptively big. Kalkan is a great resort we ended up going out most nights at restaurants around the harbour, our favourite being “Doy Doy”, “Sherlock Holmes” & “Nova” but to be honest all were good. We went on the “Royal Falcon” boat trip (£45) each for a whole day with great lunch included. The nearby Kalamar Beach club is well worth a visit, sun beds are TL 120 each & cafe bar reasonable to escape the hottest parts of the day but can get waiter service, we thought the Aristos Watersports was a bit pricey, (£40) for 15 mins Jet-Ski & £18 each for the rings but pedalo, kayak, water trampoline & floating platform all free. Klube beach club was OK but basic & no frills. Taxi into town is just TL 50 & supermarket up the hill within walking distance. In summary, the Villa is perfect & would not hesitate to recommend we will definitely return !

Our Stay at Mavi Deniz

We had a wonderful stay at Mavi Deniz. It is a beautiful villa with everything you need. It has an amazing view and is in a great location close to beach clubs, restaurants and only a short walk into town. The pool is perfect for a dip after a hard day at the beach clubs! Oydin couldn’t have been more helpful, thank you so much!

Wonderful Villa; Exceptional Views

Our family of 3 spent an amazing 12 days at Villa Mavi Deniz; the villa is spotless and really well equipped, Oydin the owner has thought of everything it seemed. The photographs don't do the villa justice, it is a lovely space with lots of places to rest and relax - the views are breathtaking. Oydin could not have been more helpful or thoughtful, from arranging our collection from the aiport to providing a welcome hamper of bread, ham, cheese, fruit, juices, beer and wine. The villa is 10 minutes from the nearest beach club and 5/10 minutes walk to the local restaurants which are all great. We ordered taxis to take us into town but could have walked easily; a taxi is about £3 and there are plenty of them. Overall this was one of the nicest holidays we have had and that was largely due to villa being so comfortable, clean and well situated. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Oydin for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful relaxing holiday

The villa was perfect for our family of 5 - spacious, clean and well equipped with views over the bay from the pool and balconies that we never tired of! It was equally nice at night when the pool lights came on for midnight swims. The owner Oydin made good contact before our arrival to check our requirements and was there to meet us with a great welcome pack of food, despite our late arrival. She was very attentive throughout the holiday to ensure that all was well in the villa. Kalamar Bay and Kalkan itself are both lovely with some great beach clubs with diving pontoons, water trampolines, water sports and scuba diving. There are many restaurants to choose from - all of which served great food. The people were very friendly, making it a relaxed atmosphere and a fun place to wander round. Would also recommend the boat trips and excursions. The roads are steep in places but if you don’t want to walk taxis are plentiful and very reasonable. Some of the utilities in Kalkan are a little outdated and we did experience water and electricity stoppages as did other properties in the area but these were short lived and didn’t spoil our holiday - all in all we had a great time and would definitely return to Kalkan and Mavi Deniz villa. Wonderful holiday ever!

We were greeted at the aiport by the very helpful taxi driver ans had nice drive to kalkan villa Mavi Deniz. Oydin welcomed us to the villa at night with fridge full of welcome pack wich had everything even for kids. The villa it self very clean and tidy. Maintenance man comes every morning to clean the patio areas with pool, and very helpful if we asked something around. Location af the villa is perfect to reach to any place you wish arround. Restaurants in 5-7 min walking distances with life entertainments on tuesday an Fridays. Even we were walking some days to town center with shops on the way in 15-20 min. The two beach clubs are superb to get down in 5 min Walking. It's best location to stay in Kalkan and most picturesque place to watch the sunsets from the villa. Most beautiful and tranquil place we ever staid. We had wonderful holiday at villa Mavi Deniz and highly recommed to friends ans families! Roger

Property is amazing. Best villa we have stayed in. Beautiful views over the bay.

From start to finish this holiday was fantastic. Oydin met us at the villa and couldn't of been more helpful. She was on call 24 hrs a day if needed. We made a dear friend who we will visit again The area itself is beautiful. Very quiet area but a 5 min taxi ride into Kalkan where you have everything to hand. We will definitely be returning to this villa , the sooner the better 5**** all the way

The most wonderful holiday ever

We arrived at Dalaman airport, and were greeted by a very helpful and polite taxi driver (considering he had been waiting for two and a half hours due to our flight delay) and after an hour and a half very pleasant early morning journey arrived at "Mavi Deniz". We were met by Ramazan the maintenance man, who turned out to be the most helpful, kind and knowledgeable aid to our holiday,Cleaning the marbled stone exterior every day (and even cleaning the barbeque after our delicious meals cooked with meat and vegetables from a great butcher and veg store in Kalkan) The owner of the villa Oydin and her daughter Sabina were wonderful to us and helped us find our way around the area and some local customs, and even took us to a local market to get supplies, which was a great education, and even more enjoyable as Oydin could help us with the language (we tried hard to speak as much Turkish as possible and this seemed to make the local people very happy (probably having a smile at our mispronunciation!) Oydin also helped to arrange, and accompanied us on a boat trip around Kekova (The sunken city) with Sabina and their good friend Lionel from France, whose company was delightful and we all very much enjoyed. There is so much to see in this area, beautiful scenery, fantastic beaches, lively evenings in beautiful Kalkan, numerous amazing ancient ruins, it was simply fantastic. We hired a car and drove to many different places including, Pataya beach (so clean and beautiful sand and clear blue water). Letoon (fantastic ancient city) Myra/Demre (another fantastic ancient city and the home of St Nicholas (Papa Noel) Church. Fetihye, Saklikent Gorge (fantastic beauty, but beware of icy water crossing to get into the gorge, but well, well worth it) and various other beaches and beautiful places. Eating out was a great experience and we were always well attended to by the very lovely local staff. (Kalkan Kebap was really tasty food and very reasonable prices, and Kalkan Paparazzi was wonderful with a great view from the rooftop and wonderful traditional food and service. The Villa itself was truly amazing, with marbled flooring throughout and matching exterior flooring, There was ample air conditioning in all living and sleeping rooms, and all the furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The attention to detail in the villa is fantastic, it was spotless, and a lovely place to relax. The infinity pool was stunning. We had such a great time and cant wait to return.

Spacious, comfortable and wonderful location

We had a wonderful 10 day stay in this comfortable villa which is set in a lovely area of Kalkan, just 5 minutes walk from the local free beach. It is spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms and plenty of room for 6 adults. The villa was clean and well-maintained and the owner was so friendly and welcoming. An easy 20 minute walk in to Kalkan town but some super restaurants locally too. We didn't want to come home! Thank you Oydin and Sabina!

Very nice place

Two weeks in kalkan with my family were actually perfect. The villa is spacious, very clean and comfortable. The area is quiet and we have particularly appreciated the moments of relaxation near the pool with an amazing view of the sea. The shops are within easy walking distance and the sea is only a few minutes walk. The activities are numerous in and around Kalkan. Finally our host Oydin was perfect and very friendly. Verily We appreciated our stay and return with pleasure the next year.

great place

had a fantastic holiday in Kalkan, lovely villa for our family, nice and peaceful, kids loved the pool. great views of the sea from the villa, nice and clean inside with all what you need for home away from home holiday. plenty activities near and around kalkan. sightseeing, horse riding, fishing, canoeing etc ( canoeing is a must) and most of all our host Oydin was very warm and welcoming and really went out of her way to accommodate us. thnx for a great holiday

Kalkan is a sophisticated resort on the Turquoise Coast of Turkey that has not been subjected to mass tourism. There is so much to do in the surrounding area. History abounds and most of the sites are readily accessible throughout the year.
The village of Kalkan boasts many restaurants and cafes which the owners keep well maintained. Flowers are found in abundance throughout the village giving it a very romantic feel. Most restaurants boast open air dining with several rooftop terraces giving fantastic views onto the harbor and Kalkan bay.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The villa is set on a secluded street which barely sees any traffic throughout the day. The views from the villa are unobstructed which is becoming an increasingly rare case. Shops and cafes are a 5-10 minute walk and the beach clubs are only 250 meters down the hill (5 mins.) Noise from the beach clubs and boats barely reaches the villa and virtually no noise from further up the hill. It is an ideal location in a tranquil yet an exciting setting.
