The beautifully furnished holiday home is a short distance away of the beaches in the front part of the green Noorzeepark.

This charmingly furnished vacation home exudes a very personal touch. It is located in the front part of the Noordzeepark, from where the sandy beach is within walking distance. 

The entrance also houses the bathroom with a shower bath and sink and a separate toilet with a small hand basin. Both areas have underfloor heating. Another door points the way to the living/dining room. A fully equipped kitchen is perfect for delicious and quick meal preparation. At the dining table, you can sit together comfortably.  In the evening, when you make yourself comfortable in the cozy sofas in front of the flickering flames of the electric fireplace, the room glows with coziness.

Look forward to a restful night's sleep in one of the two bedrooms upstairs, each furnished with a closet as well as once a double box-spring bed 180 x 200 cm and one 160 x 200 cm. The additional toilet with a small hand basin increases comfort.

In the southwest, a small garden seating area with a table and parasol invites you to have breakfast. On the terrace to the northeast, the grill master looks forward to preparing delicious specialties from the built-in grill in the stone baskets, which are then enjoyed together under the parasol at the garden table. You can then digest and relax in one of the loungers, in the shade or in the sun, somewhere in the spacious garden area. This is fenced with a green hedge.

In the storage room, you can use a washing machine and a dryer. 2 cars can park in front of the house.

If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The house can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
