The beautifully furnished holiday home is located just a stone's throw away from the stunning beaches in the front part of the North Sea Park.

In the entrance hall, you will find a separate toilet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a spacious sink. The beautifully and newly decorated living room features an open kitchen, fully equipped, providing numerous possibilities for preparing meals for the whole family. Here, you will also discover a spacious seating area and a dining table for 6 people. A delightful corner sofa and a flat-screen TV complete the living room.

Upstairs, you will find one of the three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The spacious (master) bedroom is equipped with a luxurious double boxspring bed measuring 160 x 200 cm and a wardrobe spanning the entire width. Here, an additional child's bed can be effortlessly added. In the other two rooms, all guests enjoy comfortable single beds in sizes 2 x 80 x 200 cm and 2 x 90 x 200 cm. Everyone appreciates the second toilet with a refined small sink.

In the spacious garden, a generous veranda with a lounge set graces the scene, ideal for relaxing evenings where you can also make use of the garden fireplace. The enclosure consists of a green hedge and partly a garden fence, ensuring ample privacy and tranquility. Additionally, there is a garden table with a large parasol and two loungers.

In the garden, a large trampoline and swing awaits the children, while petanque can be played in the backyard.

There is space to park one car in front of the house.

The park offers ample opportunities for sports and games. There are 2 tennis courts that you can use for free. For the children, there is a playground, a basketball hoop, and a small soccer field.


- Rental to companies/workmen at Noordzeepark is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.

- If your travel party is not family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
