We have created a bit of Manhattan in Scotland’s capital with our stunning and luxurious, expansive four-bedroom loft apartment located just a short distance from Edinburgh city centre.

Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed, plus a single fold down guest bed is available.

Situated in the city’s historical Leith district, a lively and vibrant community, this 3,000 square foot dwelling has been newly refurbished to an extremely high standard. The property provides an ideal base for groups of friends or families who want to explore the city or simply enjoy a luxury stay in spacious and beautifully modernised accommodation.

Bright and sunny throughout with double height ceilings and exposed steel beams, the massive open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge area is one of many stand-out features of this modern artistically designed New York-style loft apartment. Ideal for socialising and entertaining, this space comes with the highest specification of furnishings, fixtures and Neff kitchen appliances.

Despite the insanity of Edinburgh during the Fringe Festival, the apartment provided a wonderful respite for us during our stay.

Wow! What a fantastic find. This was the perfect place for our family of eight to spread out and relax after a day full of exploring. Plenty of things to do and see close by. Highly recommend.

The place was amazing!!

The attention to detail was obvious from the moment you walk up the stairs. The property manager/ owner was easily accessible for questions or concerns. We were a 6 adult group there for golf. The large living area made it so nobody felt cramped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are modern . Everything was perfect!!!

Stunning spacious apartment

I was so surprised how big the apartment was. Stunning decor. Myself and my friends loved everything about it. Spacious bedrooms and en-suites also. Communication with the owner was great and he answered any questions I had. We spent most of our time in the city centre which was so easy to get Ubers to and from only taking about 10 mins each time. Would highly recommend and book again!
