Charming 1-Bed Apartment in Peebles

In the idilic town of Peebles, situated in the Scottish Borders sits a self contained newly refurbished 1 bed holiday let, with access to a sofa bed. The sofa bed is the second double bed. Tastefully decorated with all new furnishings. Extremely close to local amenities and popular mountain bike trails (Glentress) and Go Ape. Peebles has a busy high street popular with tourists, sitting alongside the River Tweed. Only 45 mins away from Edinburgh city center with good transport links.

The space
High Trees is just a few minutes walk to Tesco and less than 8 minutes walk from the high street. Guests can cycle straight to Glen Tress with the majority of it on cycle paths. Guests enter through the main front door and have there own entrance to the flat, there is a lock box for the key so check in times are flexible. I am lucky enough to live in a beautiful part of the world and hope my guests agree and enjoy their stay. There is a lovely outdoor space that guests can use. I also provide a travel cot (not the bedding) and a high chair on request.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a double bed. There is also a double sofa bed in the front room.

There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Guest access
Guests have the use of front garden with seating and patio doors leading to a fenced seating area out in the back garden. There is also a bike stand that is concreted into the floor.

- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 11am.

- There are free parking on the road outside the property

- Pets are not allowed at the property. No parties.
