Bedroom #2 includes 4 twin size beds in bunk format, one trundle and direct second floor balcony access.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed as well as direct balcony access.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, direct balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and large walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo, as well as a half bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway and street parking is available for up to 4 vehicles. There is no parking allowed in the garage. There is a small parking spot for a compact vehicle in front of the ground floor entry. Additional parking spots for 3 more vehicles are footsteps away that you'll see on the drive up to the property along the shared pool.
• There is a propane grill on the ground floor back patio.
• Beach chairs and toys are in the garage and guests are allowed to enter the garage from the house to freely use these, replacing them when finished.
• There is a private beach walk for pedestrians and golf carts which is labeled at the end of the driveway.
• Elevator available for guests upon special request only.
• Home is equipped with exterior cameras pointed outward at the front and back door entries only.
