Summary:
Just across the Phillip Island bridge in Newhaven across from the Marina you can find some peace and quiet at Moonlight Bay Suites.

Relax in the Spa overlooking the ocean while you let nature show you a recurring spectacle with the tides.

In the morning let the sun wake you up, and enjoy a coffee on the balcony. Go for a 5 min stroll to the bakery at the end of the street to grab a fresh breakfast. Or just have a shop at some of the local establishments.

The Space:
This space has been used as a former bed and breakfast and is set up with the guest experience in mind.

Enjoy this quiet part of the island and relax in your room being so close to the ocean. Every room comes with a balcony view and great outdoor seating to relax with coffee or tea in the morning.

The owner of the property has a Jewellery gallery behind the building open 4 days a week between 10 am and 4 pm, with handmade jewelry for you to either admire her craft or for purchase.

This room is equipped with a large comfortable king-size bed with fresh linen. A large corner Spa overlooking the ocean with reflective windows for privacy.
A cable Smart TV/Disney channel/Netflix available with own login and a DVD player in each room and comes with a complimentary coffee, using a pod machine and tea.
Microwave and Iron and Iron board are available in each room.

This place will not disappoint and for the colder nights, we have split system heating in each room.

There is a large lobby, when you enter the building around the back that is shared with other potential guests.

The lobby features a large dining table and comfortable couches with a great view of the outside.
This place is great for couples to enjoy some peace and quiet and love to be close to nature.

There is Free parking either behind the building (2 Spots) or in front (2 spots), but will be clarified on confirmation of reservation.

The rooms are limited to two people maximum and no extra guests are allowed in the rooms.
* This space is not suitable for infants.
* No noise after 11 PM, and no more use of the SPA function after 11 pm due to potential noise for other guests.
* There is no smoking allowed at this facility.

The Neighborhood:
Newhaven features some great local cafes and is all within walking distance from the listing.
The marina is right in front of the building and either walking to the right brings you to the cafes, massage center, organic health food shop, bakery, or dinner.
Walking to the left, rings you to secluded beach access, or an amazing stroll through some amazing coast line.

Beautiful and Quiet

Moonlight Bay and Gallery Ocean View King Suite #2 was in a great location, just across the road from the water in a quiet area. Unfortunately the room hadn't been finished being cleaned but a quick email to the owner had it sorted out in a timely manner. We also had a problem with the shower head needing replacing, which was also fixed quickly. Check in and out was easy, with emails from the owner covering everything. Loved having the later checkout time. It was a great spot, not to far off the main road but quiet and with easy access to the bakery and cafe down the road and a nice central spot for both mainland and island walks, towns and attractions. My husband was with me for the first few days then I had the rest to myself. The spa was great, with a nice view. I could see myself enjoying coffee on the balcony in the warmer weather, it was a bit too cool during our stay. There were two other couples staying in the other rooms but you hardly even knew they were there. If you are after a nice quiet get away, this is the place for you. The towels were soft and fluffy. The bed is a little hard so bring an underlay if this is going to bother you. There is a small fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee pod machine as well as a hair dryer and iron and free wifi with a tv and dvd player. I highly recomend this accomodation if you are visiting Phillip Island and surrounding areas.
