The Space:
Newly remodelled, located in the Hills overlooking West LA and the Pacific Coastline, on a private Cul de Sac near lower Doheny, with lush green surroundings and breathtaking views.

This traditional modern estate is the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. The clean and chic design is accentuated with modern art and wooden floors.

The spacious outdoor deck is perfect for entertaining. Dine under the stars or lunch in the sunlight at the 6-person alfresco dining table. Or enjoy a refreshing afternoon in the jacuzzi with bubbles, connected to the large pool. The outdoor sun loungers with umbrellas are perfectly placed to take in the stunning DTLA view. Large glass doors open up to the deck from the dining and living room. The perfect indoor-outdoor atmosphere.

Modern art pieces and a marble centerpiece create a stylish touch in the well-furnished formal living room. Featuring an elegant fireplace and easy access to the dining room. The comfortable TV room is great for families with soft pillows and throw blankets that line the spacious 10-person sofa.

Enjoy cooking with a beautiful view of the city in the custom white oak kitchen outfitted completely with high-end Miele appliances and a cosy breakfast nook. The centre island and ample counter space is perfect for cooking and a great place to hang out as a family while preparing homey meals. Offering 3 different coffee systems (Nespresso with complimentary pods, Breville Latte Maker with milk frother, and Breville Coffee Maker) to satisfy any morning coffee mood. Kitchen doors open to additional 5-person outdoor dining space.

Large windows with expansive views highlight the well appointed formal dining room with seating for 8 and an elegant, modern atmosphere.

Sleep comes easy in the 4 well-furnished ensuite bedrooms designed with comfort, relaxation and style in mind. Featuring cubic art, ample closet space, Queen size beds, large windows, smart TVs and a minimalistic design. The spacious bathrooms have large showers, fresh towels and all the essentials.

This East Coast Style villa’s master bedroom has a King size bed with views of the city skyline, a beautiful craftsman fireplace, a large walk-in closet and a private deck. Custom touches in the expansive primary ensuite bathroom include white oak cabinetry, dual-sinks, marble flooring, pearl white plaster, large steam shower and a gorgeous parisian style bathtub!

The estate is gated for privacy and has a motor court for your convenience. Traditional brick driveway leads to the beautiful manor surrounded by palm trees. The lush garden is always well kept.

IMPORTANT: We are a professional property management company and use a professional PMS system. Our PMS integration limits our ability to charge a credit card processing fee, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the platform. International Credit Cards have an additional 1 to 1.5% on top of the 3.55% for exchange rates totalling almost 4.7% in fees. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will only be charged the platform fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire villa.

The Neighborhood:
Beverly Hills adjacent located north of Sunset Blvd right off of star studded Doheny Drive.

Getting Around:
We have a car rental division through Drive Awhile offering a range of luxury vehicles ranging from Rolls Royce Dawn to Cadillac Escalad e to BMW 4 series.

Other Things to Note:
Please message our team before booking. Contact the Home Manager first. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. The 'Reservation fee' is our non-refundable credit card processing fee.

To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read rule descriptions carefully.

1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave.

2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law.

3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW.

4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail.

5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors.

7) Pool/hot tub: Never leave children unsupervised; no lifeguard on duty. No glassware; $1000 fee if glass is found. Use provided plasticware for safety. If kitchen lacks plasticware, please inform us. Please don't dispose of plasticware; wash and store them. Pool heating: $100/day of your reservation; hot tub is free.

8) Day of Arrival:
Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security.

9) Check-In window: 4:00pm - 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Our early check-in fees are $100 for every hour before 4:00pm. Additionally, if you want to check-in before 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.

Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.

10) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.

Parking:
4-5 cars inside.

Pre Stocking:
We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests.

Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.

This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.

We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company. We maintain high hospitality standards with an in-house team of designers, concierge, hosts, maintenance personnel, and stylists. Everything about this house was great. The only reason we gave it 4 stars is that, despite being a clean space, one of the bathrooms had an inexplicably terrible smell (sulfur?). It didn't come from dirtiness, but it was unpleasant and impacted the stay of the person who's bathroom it was. The team was very receptive to trying to make it better and showed up twice to help, but there was one time when a text wasn't responded to and a plumber wasn't sent to investigate further — so basically, we lived with it the whole time. Aside from this, the house was (as mentioned) clean, tidy, comfortable and in a GREAT location. The team was responsive and, if the plumbing/bathroom issue was resolved, we'd stay again in a heartbeat.
