The Space:
This 2622 sq ft home is located inside Windsor at Westside’ resort community and is the perfect place to unwind with family and friends.
The main spaces of the home:
- A large, spacious open-plan living area on the ground floor that has direct access to the pool deck and patio area.
- A gorgeous fully-equipped kitchen with high quality appliances to whip up any meal at home! Plus a dishwasher for easy clean ups!
- A smaller but equally comfortable living room on the first floor with a TV
- A gorgeous dining area with a dining table that can seat 8.
- The house has a private pool, a spacious deck with a lounge area and an outdoor dining table that seats 6.
- 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms to accommodate 14 people as such:

Bedroom 3 - 2 double beds, upstairs

Windsor at Westside is one of the most attractive places to stay in Orlando. The resort community has multiple amenities including: a pool with a lazy river & fitness area, sports courts, bar lounge, market & deli, an arcade and more!
And, as guests of Windsor at Westside, you’re eligible to access the resort amenities of Windsor Palms resort as well. Which also includes a lot more amenities like: access to an extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft clubhouse, a pool with a water slide, a tiki bar with a mouth-watering menu for poolside dining, fitness centre, volleyball & multipurpose sports courts, a video arcade and more.

The Neighborhood:
The central location of this unit offers lots of value in terms of a time spent on looking for fun things to do for you and your family because the community offers resort-style amenities like:
- Access to resort amenities of all “Windsor” projects including Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms
- Wonderful clubhouses, pools, on site dining options and so on!
- Lazy river, multi-purpose sports courts
- Convenience store, “Sundry” in the community for any last minute purchases.

Getting Around:
When parking in the driveway, be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The house is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is surrounded by really great restaurants and shopping centers. Apart from the restaurants and bars on site, here are some of the most visited places in Orlando:

Other Things to Note:
2-story home so must climb stairs to reach bedrooms upstairs.
Free Wi-Fi and cable, parking, and linens and towels are provided for guests.
A BBQ grill rental (no propane tank included) is available for use for an additional fee. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.
The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.
The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.
We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Early check in subject to availability with an additional fee.
House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed
