The appartment "Craftsman"is located in the beautiful, centrally situated Villa Salzweg. Completely newly furnished, with great attention to detail, high-quality furnishings and its own large balcony, it is an ideal base for your holiday.

The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with comfortable seating area with sofa bed and wing chair, as well as modern entertainment equipment (55''Smart-TV, Bluetooth music system) invites you to relax.

In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for your stay.

The dining area offers plenty of space for up to 6 people.

The 2 bedrooms are each equipped with a large double bed, dressing table and wardrobe, leaving nothing to be desired.

The modern daylight bathroom has the usual amenities as well as a walk-in shower with rain shower head. The washing machine is also located here.

Villa Salzweg has a lift, free guest parking, free high-speed Wi-Fi, rental bikes and e-scooters, a secure guest room for your sports equipment and a ski boot dryer.

Each flat comes with 2 free parking spaces directly behind the house, as well as a charging station for electric cars.

We also have our own city bikes and e-scooters that you can borrow for free to explore the place.

We have attached great importance to the fact that each of our 4 appartments has been decorated according to its own theme. Together with the nearest carpenter, we developed a concept that harmonises with both rustic wooden elements and modern furnishings. The pictures and decorations were collected from the region and tell the old history and tradition of the Salzkammergut.

Wifi, a large 55" TV with Google TV and Chromecast, Bluetooth radio, board and card games that can be borrowed free of charge, as well as a book exchange corner, offer our guests good entertainment during their stay.

Each flat has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, hoover, broom, etc.

In the lobby you will also find a small shop with souvenirs from the region, as well as edibles, snacks and sweets.

!! We don't have our own pool, but our guests can use the large Bad Goisern swimming pool free of charge at any time from May to September. This is only a 10-minute walk away and offers sports pools, trampolines, slides, a separate children's and baby pool, as well as a beach volleyball court. The pools are heated for a good water temperature !!

On request and at no extra charge, we offer you a cot, high chair, changing mat and fall-out protection for your little ones.

Smoking is prohibited in all of our flats. You will find ashtrays in front of the main entrance door and on the balcony.

We do not allow pets, as we want to offer an allergy-friendly environment.

A bread roll service with online shop system from the local bakery will deliver your breakfast directly to your door on request.
High-quality frozen snacks (pizza, tarte flambée, ciabatta) and pasta can be found in the shop in the lobby.

The centre of Bad Goisern with its market square, surrounding restaurants and shops for your daily needs can be reached in 8 minutes on foot, as well as the train station and the bus stop.

Bad Goisern is the centre of the inner Salzkammergut. Due to the central location of Villa Salzweg, all surrounding towns (Hallstatt, Bad Ischl, Gosau, Obertraun, St. Wolfgang), activities and attractions can be reached by car in 15-25 min.

From April to November Bad Goisern offers many opportunities for hikers, mountain bikers, climbers and other nature lovers.

There are many swimming opportunities in the surrounding 76 Salzkammergut lakes, the cosy river bathing area near the house (3 min. walk), the local heated outdoor pool (10 min. walk) or even the lido at Lake Hallstättersee (5 min. drive).

In the winter months Bad Goisern offers many possibilities for ski tours, snowshoe hikes, tobogganing or walks in the fantastic snowy landscape.

Furthermore, there are 4 thermal baths/spas, which can be reached in a short time by car.

The inner Salzkammergut is very well known for its numerous year-round traditional events (music festivals, Krampus runs, carnival parades, Glöckler runs, beer tents, etc.), several cultural events (concerts, operettas, theatre, etc.), as well as the traditional, contemplative Advent markets.
