This four-bedroom, three-bath newly constructed home is professionally decorated with coastal charm, porcelain tile flooring, artisan finishes, shiplap walls, and an electric fireplace. The reverse floor plan with vaulted living, dining, and kitchen areas provides great space for entertaining and capturing the sweeping ocean and sound views. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a center island with additional seating, and a pantry will meet all of your dining and hosting needs. Not to mention the five smart TVs available during your downtime!

This home sleeps 16 and has three king oceanfront bedrooms with attached bathrooms, an oceanfront bedroom with one single bunk bed, one double bunk bed, one double trundle, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The primary king suite is located on the main floor with sliding doors leading to the expansive deck and an en-suite bath featuring a tiled shower, a removable shower head, and a double bowl marble vanity. All four bedrooms are oceanfront and have sliding glass doors to large decks and private access to the beach. Every guest gets a glorious sunrise, the best ocean and beach views, and sea breezes. The front porch provides seating and the opportunity to capture the gorgeous sound and Intracoastal views and breathtaking sunsets.

The private, oversized sun deck and gazebo on the dune are the signature crown jewels of this property. They provide direct private access to the beach, as well as a hot and cold shower station with foot rinse for the extra sandy days. Guests can enjoy sunbathing, relaxing, or entertaining on the large deck or escape the sun under the covered gazebo. Enjoy watching the beachgoers or having meals and snacks at the picnic table. The sun deck and gazebo are accessible from all levels of the house.

In addition to the sun deck and gazebo, the multiple decks provide a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, loungers, and a swing. There are five smart flat-screen TVs, high-speed internet, a full-size washer and dryer, and an electric fireplace. Guests can enjoy the warmth in the mild winters after surfing, fishing, or dolphin watching for a wonderful year-round ambiance.

Underneath parking, wet weather entry, and the enclosed outdoor shower with a private changing area make escaping any inclement weather a breeze.
