This studio has a stylish interior with a tropical vibe, making the place both cozy and elegant.
The living/dining area is all inclusive. It has a sofa with colorful cushions, nested near a round coffee table and beautiful decorations and wall arts. You will also find a dedicated workspace with a desk and a chair, topped with a TV.
The sleeping area includes a wardrobe, a queen-size bed dressed with fresh linens, a night table with lamp, as well as beautiful paintings on the wall. From within this large room you can access a private balcony overlooking the desert, furnished with a small table and two chairs, as well as a rounded swing, for your to enjoy your morning coffee with a beautiful scenery. The glass door is covered by room-darkening shades and lets in natural light.

The kitchen at the apartment is beautifully decorated with black granite counter top, and black cabinets. It is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including cooking basics, dishes and silverware, hot water kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, wine glasses, stove, and a coffee machine. That, in addition to a dining table and two chairs.
There is also one full bathroom beautifully paved with grey bricks. It includes a toilet, a wash basin, and shower cubicle, as well as amenities such as cleaning products, hot water, hair dryer, towels, soap, toilet paper, and more.

The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and smoke alarm. It also has WIFI and central air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron, and a washing machine.

With the opening of Mall of the Emirates in 2005, AlBarsha has completely transformed; it has now become a major commercial and residential hub with affordable housing in Dubai. It is a self-contained community with a range of hotels, restaurants, and shopping malls. It is also home to Miracle Garden, Butterfly Garden and Barsha Pond Park.Major attractions in the area include: Mall of the Emirates, Dreamscape VR Park, AlBarsha Mall, Galleria Mall, My City Centre, Al Sufouh and Jumeirah beaches, and of course the exclusive Gardens in the area, and Ripe Market.Al Barsha 1, is serviced by two metro stations: Mall of the Emirates metro station and Sharaf DG metro station. For residents in Al Barsha South, public transport might be a bit tricky since the nearest metro station is in Dubai Internet City but the area is being serviced by feeder buses: J01 and F32.
