This vacation rental is perfectly situated less than three miles from downtown, where you'll find an assortment of entertaining attractions for you and your guests to enjoy, such as music festivals, bars, live bands, and many more! You'll have access to the new Suncoast Parkway that leads to Tampa, so take a day trip to Busch Gardens for a lovely stroll alongside the flowers or visit the wonderful park of Disney World. Check out the wildlife areas close by if you want to slow it down a bit and take advantage of the outdoor activities.

Once you've had your fill of the day, head back to your home away from home. This rental boasts a full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances so you can whip up something delectable for everyone. Sit out on the patio area and gaze out at your ample enclosed space with more than enough room to house you and your loved ones. Head back inside and boot up the games for some fun after dinner or check out the books available. Feel free to gather around the spacious living area and end the night with a movie marathon, courtesy of the smart TV provided. Warm up with a hot cup of cocoa and doze off into dreamland.

Also provided is a full-sized sleeper sofa so you won't have to worry about sleeping arrangements.

-All pets must be crated when not in the home and must be leashed when outside.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
