Only 2 blocks from Downtown Inverness which has quick access to Liberty Park, Withlacoochee State Trail/Rails to Trails great for biking, Lake Henderson, local shops, restaurants and so much! Youâll love being close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage.
This is a lovely place. Itâs a small place, but they have made use of the space very well. The house is impeccable and equipped with everything I needed for my stay. It was very quiet during the night and managed to get great sleep thanks to the comfy bed. I will definitely stay here again.
Daughter stayed here while working briefly at Citrus Hospital. Walking distance to hospital, restaurants and shopping. She was comfortable and felt safe, didn't want to leave after a 3 week stay. Property owner was quick to remedy a minor issue. Would definitely book again when in the area.
Clean and pleasant. Nice towels in bathroom. We appreciated the ceiling fans and A/C after enjoying the back yard with our dogs. Walking distance to downtown. We didn't use the highchair or child spoons, but nice touch to have them available.
Exactly as described. Very clean and close to everything. Had everything we needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay there again.
This clean, comfortable cottage is two blocks from delightful downtown Inverness. It's in a quiet area, as most area houses are used as doctor offices. The backyard is fenced on three sides and good size for kids and pets. We loved everything about downtown: restaurants, shops, impressive parks, the long bike trail - and very friendly people everywhere. We enjoyed our stay!
This Inverness cottage was clean, well appointed, comfortable and we had a great stay!
We would stay again.
There is only one bathroom, but it is beautifully updated.
The cottage was clean and decorated so cute. The location was perfect close to the bike trail and the town. We had a slight issue with check in, but it was quickly worked out with the property manager. I would definately recommend staying here.
The cottage was beautiful, super clean and spacious and the beds were so comfortable! Towels and linens were fresh and clean, and the location was perfect for us. Private driveway and nice sitting areas made this a perfect homebase while in the area. The hostess was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!!
We enjoyed our stay at April's Cottage.
The location was great. We walk downtown to restaurants for coffee or a meal. There was easy access to the Withlacoochee bike trail from the Cottage, the bike trail is beautiful and for anyone that enjoys bike riding it is a must.
April's place was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with good pots and pans and also baking pans. All the equipment I needed for cooking was provided, which I always appreciate.
I recommend the Cottage to anyone interested in staying in downtown Inverness, which is a great little town.
Everything was clean, close to everything, quiet, host was very nice. I booked through Expedia and never received information on how to get into the house. Called host and she was helpful. Other than that, was happy with rental.
I want to thank you so very much for a wonderful peaceful time. I canât say enough on how happy we were with our stay at this beautiful home. The best part was how comfortable the master bed was after a long day. The host was fantastic with all my questions. Thank you very much!! Can you send me the link to the duvet cover from the master bedroom??? Loved it
Cute little cottage, all recently rennovated. Cozy, clean, and comfortable, and closeby to the hospital and medical campus. This put us less than 5 minutes from our mother in hospice, who sadly passed away shortly after our visit.
Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed. Property could use some attention - landscaping could be upgraded with a nice native plant garden, it was a bit weedy along the fence but the few plants in bloom attracted butterflies which were nice to see. The neighborhood was a little noisy - lots of construction although this is a temporary situation. It was nice to have the table and chairs in the yard, but the sun was strong and an umbrella or covered patio would be a nice addition. Internet was spotty at times, and we both had to work remotely so this was a bit of an inconvenience. Not sure if the app was the problem, but there were a few times when it was difficult to reach the owner and the access code was not added until I contacted them. Overall, this is a good choice for accessibility - just about everything you need is a few blocks away along the main street through town.
We stayed here because the house is clean and very well taken care of . It is close to everything we do when we come down . Our grandson is only a mile away which makes it convenient. You will love staying here .
