Sitting on 25 acres of private and peaceful property, you will have effortless access to the area's numerous outdoor recreational activities. Right at your stay, enjoy the babbling sounds of the Mink Brook, hop on your ATV or snowmobile right from the driveway, or gather around the campfire for a s'more or two.

Nearby, fish, ski, raft, boat, sight-see, and hike at Sugarloaf Mountain, Wyman Lake, Pleasant Ridge Swim Area, and Houston Brook Falls. When hunger hits, head for downtown Moscow, Bingham, Madison, or Skowhegan.

No matter the season you will be entranced by the cabin's warm and welcoming ambiance. Inside, rustic living quarters are composed of charming wood finishes, wilderness-themed decorations, and soft quilts.

The well-equipped kitchen provides a pleasant space to cook with its ample meal prep space, gas range, toaster oven, and coffee maker. The living room presents a quaint space to gather and tune into your favorite TV shows and movies on the streaming-capable TV. When you aren't feeling up to a movie, pick a board game from the home's collection.

The kids will adore the home's loft with its tent and toys, and you will appreciate the home's provided linens, towels, and propane wall heater.

House Rules
-This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.
-This home is off-grid and utilizes solar power and a well water system.
-The bunkhouse on the property is not available for guest use except for the deck.
-4WD is highly recommended for anyone coming to visit. 2WD is possible in good weather, but challenging. In the winter 4WD is an absolute must.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is one camera on the front door overlooking the driveway and one on the back door overlooking the woods.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
