A Couple’s Oasis: Cozy Casita Perfect for Two!

Welcome to The Oasis Casita! Located in Villa Real, our studio-style Casita is surrounded by lush and tropical greenery. This space is ideal for a serene couples getaway or a lovely homebase for a solo expedition. Complete with a small kitchenette, dining space and smart TV, you’ll get a taste of simplicity while having all of your practical needs met! You’ll have access to a shared laundry space, outdoor areas and fast internet access (perfect for working on the go or simply staying connected)!

Take full advantage of the gorgeous shared outdoor space, featuring an inviting fire pit for evening stargazing and a charming gazebo w/ BBQ for evenings in! Take time for yourself, or enjoy the company of others who may be staying on the grounds! Don’t forget to also keep an eye out for our local furry friends as howler monkeys, iguanas, and many breeds of vibrant birds are common in the area. Pura Vida!

Experience the best of both worlds being in a private and serene community, while also being only a short drive away from neighboring beaches and towns. Only 15 minutes away, you’ll find Tamarindo, a beach town famous for its surfing and buzzing atmosphere! Here, you’ll have endless options for shopping, dining and activities. Looking for more local spots to explore? Other towns like Huacas and Playa Grande are only 15-30 minutes away, doubling your beach and activity options!

Please note there is currently construction happening near the property. They will be working from May-Nov 2024, M-f 7am-4pm and Saturdays 7am-12pm. We apologize for any inconvenience.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
–Please note that this casita is one of three homes on this property and the outdoor area is shared.
-Security Cameras: Two cameras in the covered car park, looking towards the vehicles. One camera in the parking lot looking towards the BBQ ranch, one camera in house 3, looking towards the main gate of the property.
–We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
–Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
–Please check official websites for Costa Rica and/or your embassy for the most up-to-date information, and ensure that you are familiar with all requirements before you travel.
–*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
