Be sure to bring picnic blankets and some delicious home-cooked meals for a sunny morning out enjoying some quality time with your family and friends. Myakka State Forest is within driving distance, where you can catch a glimpse of a beautiful scenic forest, filled with all kinds of fantastic sights. And for sun-filled beach days, head to Manasota Key beach, a 10-minute drive away.

Return after a fun-filled day out to your humble abode and walk up the driveway and into your new home away from home. As you step in, you'll be amazed at the spaciousness of the main living area, complete with a comfy couch for kicking your feet up on. Check out the full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and whip up a treat for you and your guests, then gather around the dinner table for a couple of games of poker with good drinks and even better company.

Step outside into the backyard where you'll find a set of chairs and a firepit, perfect for late-evening gatherings full of s'mores and playful conversations. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
