The villa for rent is located in a gated community, 2 minutes walking distance from Playa Bavaro beach, equipped with deckchairs and sunshades.

It is a cozy air-conditioned villa. It has 6 beds, a TV, 6 bathrooms (shower+toilet), one big kitchen, and 3 small functional kitchen area (with a small fridge, a stove, and a microwave oven). The Villa has Internet from the best provider in the area. We have 5 king beds and 1 queen bed.

• During check-in, we kindly ask our guests to pay $500 deposit. During check out we are returning it to the guests.

• Some photos of the villa in the photo gallery were made by a professional photographer with a professional camera: illumination and color tones may be slightly different from the real ones.

• Objects in some photos from the gallery may differ from the objects you will find in the villa: we regularly change linens, décor, and equipment so that you feel comfortable.

• We are not responsible for temporary power and water cuts in the building, but we do our best to contact tech personnel and maintenance and fix the issues as soon as possible.

• We fumigate the studio regularly to avoid any inconveniences that may be caused by local mosquitos and other insects. However, we are not able to separate you completely from the local fauna. Please, let us know if you encounter a mosquito in the apartment: we will take additional measures. Thank you for understanding.

• Excursions, transportation, and other services provided by the Super Host on your request are paid separately.

• Please, mind that it is prohibited to produce noise that may bother your neighbors, listen to loud music, and have noisy parties at night. If you want to organize some special events, please, let me know beforehand.

• Any alteration or cancellation of the reservation is carried out strictly in line with VRBO policies. Please, make sure you are aware of the applicable rules to avoid possible inconveniences.

SWIMMING POOL RULES:

- Timings: 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
- It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool.
- Use of a swimming suit is required and it is forbidden to swim with footwear or in inappropriate clothing.
- The use of the pool under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
- It is not allowed to dive into the pool.
- The use of glass cups in the pool area is prohibited.
- It is not allowed to be topless in the pool area.
- The use of the swimming pool is prohibited to all persons with communicable diseases and/or unhealed wounds.
- It is forbidden to reserve sun loungers in the pool area.
- There is no lifeguard. You will swim under your responsibility.
- In case of emergency please contact an employee.
- For your safety, we ask you to avoid swimming in the pool not during the opening hours due cleaning process.
- The villa management is not responsible for objects left or forgotten in beach areas and swimming pools.
- Children are not allowed to swim without being under adult supervision
